Travel agents working with VillaDirect will receive between 5% to 10% commission on all commissionable bookings for our range of Orlando vacation homes made either through VillaDirect.com site or through our reservation center (call TOLL FREE 1-866-976-4314).
Higher commissions can be earned by increasing the number of bookings per calendar year. The system is a simple one - and easy for any travel agent to earn extra commissions as they increase the number of bookings that they achieve. Take a look at the table below.

Commissions are automatically increased for each travel agent as booking levels are reached during the calendar year. Once a threshold commission level is attained, the travel agent remains on that level for one full calendar year. Once achieved, commission levels are not retro-active, and cannot be applied to previously made reservations that the agent has made, even where such bookings/reservations arrival date is after the achievement of the next level of commission.
Commissions are paid monthly in arrears following the completion of the guest’s stay and their departure from the Vacation rental in Florida.
