Special Offers from VillaDirect are offered exclusively by the company against each specific reservation. The following rules apply to all Special Offers made on this web site or through our reservations center.

• Special Offers are only available with a reservation made directly with the Company. The Company does not provide these Special Offers to guests booking through individuals, agents or property owners.
  


• Offers cannot be combined with any other discount unless otherwise specified by the Company.
  


• Additional terms may apply to a Special Offer, and these will be listed on the description for that specific offer.
  


• Special Offers must be requested or booked at the time of making your reservation. Where instructed, the offer will only be applicable where booked on-line by entering the promotional code in to the promotion box on the quotation page for the property, and the promotion will then be displayed in the quote provided automatically.
  


• Where a Special Offer can be booked through the call center reservationist, guests must specifically ask for the promotional code to be added to their reservation.
  


• No Special Offers can be added after a reservation is made unless the reservation is cancelled and re-booked (in which case a booking administration fee will be applied which may negate the value of the Special Offer).
  


• The company reserves the right to amend, alter or discontinue a Special Offer promotion at any time, without notice. Where such a change is made, the company will offer equivalent service, product or item to the same value.
