FREECALL service is included with VillaDirect
The FREECALL telephone service is provided to guests staying at every Vacation home in Florida offered by VillaDirect. It's child's-play! FREECALL provides you with FREE LOCAL, LONG DISTANCE, and INTERNATIONAL telephone calls during your stay. That's right - FREE TELEPHONE CALLS. Simply pick up the telephone and dial as you would at home....no charge. If you have a teenager staying with you - FREECALL will save you lots of money - all other guests will welcome the convenience and ease of use.

Guests dialing international must first dial the international country code and (in some cases) drop the zero from the start of the number of origin. For example, guests staying at our Disney vacation homes who wish to dial the example telephone number 0171-555-5555 in the United Kingdom would actually dial 011-44-171-555-5555.

Most most countries can be dialed using FREECALL. However, we regret that not all international countries are supported on the system. A full list of countries that can be called for free can be viewed below, or guests can call our toll free number and ask if a specific country is supported. International calls to cell/mobile phones are not supported, and the operator may be heard asking for your credit card details to complete such a call.

When using the FREECALL system you can use the "Country Code" in the table below to make your call. For example if you are calling the UK and the local number in the UK was 0121 555 5555 then you would dial:-

011 44 121 555 5555

Notice that 44 is the country code from the table below and you need to drop any leading zeros (0) from the local number.

If you are dialing numbers in the USA then dial as normal.
