Over the years since the company was founded, VillaDirect has accommodated over 100,000 guests at the Florida vacation homes offered on villadirect.com. Sometimes the guests that stay at the Orlando vacation homes that VillaDirect offers only use us for their accommodation, and don't need any further services. We understand and respect our guests privacy, and will only contact them during their stay if they request it.
Before your arrival, you may want to take advantage of our experience, contacts and prices to book some extras that will make your stay all the more comfortable, exciting and/or enjoyable. We've provided the list below to give you some idea of the most popular services that our guests arrange through the Guest Services Team at VillaDirect provide. | Attraction Tickets from VillaDirect VillaDirect provides all of the most popular tickets for the theme parks and attractions of Central Florida, Orlando and Kissimmee to its guests. The prices that we offer are below the gate price, and are often the lowest legitimate prices available. We offer tickets as a value added service to our guests - so we don't "mark them up" as others sometimes do at peak periods. All of the tickets that VillaDirect offers to guests can be booked on-line using our secure attraction ticket booking engine. If you do book on-line, your tickets will be waiting at our office for your collection on the day of arrival. For a small additional charge, we can deliver the tickets to you at your Orlando vacation homes on the morning following your arrival. |

| Car rental from VillaDirect VillaDirect has worked with Dollar® "Rent-A-Car" for over 7 years - offering their fleet of rental cars, vans and SUVs to guests who are staying at the Disney vacation homes that we offer on the villadirect.com web site - and other guests who know a great deal when they find it! Many guests have found that the prices offered on the villadirect.com web site are lower than the Dollar® web site, and offer better inclusive insurance rates. Unlike many sites, there are no restrictions on the type of vehicles you can book, so even when other sites won't allow you to book that vehicle, you can still book and confirm on-line through our booking engine. | Baby Equipment through VillaDirect Leave all your worries back at home when you come to stay at a Disney vacation home from VillaDirect! Don't pack all of that heavy and awkward baby equipment in the back of the car - or have to check it in at the airport. Just book what you need for babies or toddlers from our Baby Equipment Service by clicking on the picture alongside. If you book strollers, cribs, or any of the equipment, you can relax, knowing that it will be waiting for you on your arrival at your Disney vacation home. It will be professionally cleaned, maintained, safe, and ready for your use. All of the products supplied comply with the Juvenile Products Manufacturer's Association standards. | Mobility Equipment Rental through VillaDirect VillaDirect has a number of Orlando vacation homes that provide additional features and equipment for guests who have special needs or are physically challenged. These homes offer wheel-in showers, extra-wide doorways, and ramps. In addition to the homes, we have researched and found a local company that provides additional equipment for those of our guests with special needs. Our supplier maintains a wide range of equipment, including wheelchairs, nebulizers, scooters, ramps, hoists, and can also provide bottled oxygen and supply other needs for our guests. Please advise the Guest Services Team before your arrival if you want to be sure to get the equipment that you need. Some of these items are in limited supply to rent, and VillaDirect can only arrange such equipment to be available with proper notice. When you are booking your vacation home through the VillaDirect call center or on-line, be sure to let the reservations team know that you have additional needs, and that you would like to speak with the guest services team. | Arrival Groceries from VillaDirect How nice would it be to arrive at the end of your travels to find the fridge and cupboards stocked with all of the essentials at your vacation homes in Florida from VillaDirect? Most of our guests arrive after 5 o'clock in the evening. Even though most of the supermarkets are open 24 hours a day here in central Florida, who wants the "hassle" of unpacking, then having to push a cart through the isles of the shop to get the basics for the first night. The Guest Services Team at VillaDirect provides an easy alternative to guests who don't want to spend their first evening shopping for orange juice, milk, bread and cereals. We have a range of groceries to choose from, and all will be purchased, delivered, unpacked and stored in your vacation home in Florida on the day of your arrival. | Flowers for your loved one from VillaDirect Many of our guests make use of the Guest Services Team when they have a special occasion that falls during their stay in one of the VillaDirect vacation rental homes, condos or townhomes. It's always extra special when a gift is a surprise, or flowers are delivered to your door while you are on vacation! There really is no better way to deliver a special message. To arrange for flowers or a gift basket to be delivered to your vacation rental home during your stay, simply click the image alongside for instructions. You can arrange for any kind of flower arrangement from $35 to $300 - and for special gift baskets from as little as $45 (all prices include delivery charges to one of our vacation homes). In most cases the Guest Services Team can arrange for a delivery within 48 hours, although this may be extended during busy and peak seasons, when lots of guests use the service. If you know that one of your family has a birthday, anniversary or special occasion to mark during their stay - you may be best to arrange for the items you need before your arrival.
