Just getting back to normal after our awesome vacation. We all had such a great time. The " Rayal Floridian" was awesome, such comfortable beds, a fully stocked kitchen, and lots of towel for the nice warm pool and hot tub.

'Las Palmas' Villa was impeccably clean when we arrived & everything was in order. It is obvious that you take great pride and care in your property and it shows! We rent a large home in the Orlando area every year and this is by far the most well-kept, well-furnished and the cleanest one we have ever stayed in. All bathrooms and linen closets were fully stocked with plenty of towels and linens for our stay. The kids LOVED the Games Room and spent the majority of their time there. We are SO looking forward to staying at Las Palmas Villa again very soon!

I was writing to let you know how totally satisfied we were with our rental home through Villa Direct. The check in process was so easy and the location of the home was exactly what we expected. The "BOSTONIAN" did not disappoint in any way. The home is lovely, clean and a wonderful layout. We had a small family reunion (surprise party for grandpa's 70th). Having the downstairs bed room for our older parents was perfect and all the other guests were thrilled with the beautiful bedrooms and adjacent bathrooms. The best parts were of course the POOL and the Media room. Both were perfect spots for multi generational family to relax and play after fun at Disney World. If the need arises again for a rental home in Orlando, we will not hesitate to call VillaDirect and request the "BOSTONIAN".

I just wanted to let you know how much my family and I enjoyed our stay at Windsor Palms. When booking a property online, there's always a bit of trepidation -- that when you arrive at the property you'll find it not to be as described. Everyone was impressed with "Palm Vista" condo and with the staff of VillaDirect; it was even better than shown and described on your Web site. I did rent a MiFi from VillaDirect which worked great. We had a great time in the Orlando area and we enjoyed our stay at Windsor Palms very much. We're planning on coming back next year and staying in one of your condos again.

Thanks you for our stay in the beautiful "Royal Floridian" vacation home for the 5th time. My brothers and I love the game room. We had air hockey competitions every day. Just wanted to let you know we had a wonderful time at 'Disney Retreat Two'. It made our trip complete. It was so nice coming back from a fun but exhausting day at the parks to a beautiful, clean condo. The pictures sent were beautiful but not even close to the real thing. It really was a pleasure staying there and you weren't exaggerating when you said how close it was to the parks. So convenient! We had stayed in deluxe hotels in the park before but I have to tell you, we enjoyed your place so much better! I am a picky person when it comes to "sleeping out"; it takes a lot for me to be comfortable. When we go back, we would love to stay there again. Thanks again!!! Loved the décor'

We stayed in October 2009 with our 2 kids and found that "Star Lake Paradise" was the perfect choice for our holiday. The location, condition, furnishings, outlook and professional service were the key factors here. Plenty of choice in the many restaurants along the 192 which was 2 minutes away and the bottom entrance to Disney was really 5 minutes as described. More than enough room for the 4 of us and would house 8 easily.

Thank you for sharing your home with us. We chose "NY State of Mind" because we have a boy and girl 8 years apart and we needed better sleeping accommodations than a hotel could give us. We were happy to come back every evening and cool off in the pool and Veg out on the couch. Nice perks to have your own kitchen with out running down the hall to a vending machine. We will be back.

We would just like to thank you on the excellent villa that you have in Kissimmee. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay there in May 2009. The property was very clean when we arrived, and well maintaned. The layout of the rooms are just as shown on the pictures. The kids enjoyed the pool.
The location of the villa in relation to all amenities is also great. Just a couple of minutes to the nearest shops, supermarkets, and restaurants.
It only took us 10 minutes (sometimes less) to drive to the Disney parks, and would not hesitate in recommending this villa to our friends and family.

This was a wonderful vacation home at which we could stay at our family getaway from the northern winter. The accommodations were perfect for our 12 group family, 5 grandchildren, 5 parents and 2 lucky grandparents. The last time we were at Disney was 25 years ago when our children were little. The luxury of this home and the freedom it allowed the children was in great contrast to the trip of 25 years ago. We all enjoyed it greatly and just maybe there might be a retreat with our great-grand children 25 years from now!

Just back from Orlando and wanted to let you know that we very much enjoyed our stay at 'Emerald Blossom'. There is so much room and having one large house lets everyone spend time together when they are not at the parks. With the parks and shopping and restaurants so close by the location it is perfect.

All the grandchildren made good use of the pool. There is a lot of room between the pool area and the neighbors so it feels very private.

We will definitely be recommending your house to several acquaintances here in Sarasota.

Wir waren nun schon zum vierten Mal in diesem wunderschönen, sehr gepflegten Ferienhaus. Wie immer, haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt und einen tollen Urlaub verbracht. Die Lage des Hauses ist wirklich optimal für alle Unternehmungen in und um Orlando. Ob Disney, Shopping, NASA, alles ist sehr schnell zu erreichen. Die Wohngegend ist sehr ruhig und angenehm.

Die Vermieter sind sehr motiviert, das Haus immer in einem TOP-Zustand zu halten und den Gästen den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu machen. In jedem Urlaub haben wir etwas Neues vorgefunden, was uns immer sehr gut gefallen hat.

Vielen Dank für bisher vier unvergessliche Urlaube,
wir kommen mit Sicherheit wieder!

Hammock Court Villa was well equipped with all kitchen equipment, entertainment and furniture to make you feel at home. Our youngest children welcomed the mornings with a visit to the pool, the others enjoyed using the playstation and games room as well as the wireless internet. The adults enjoyed being left alone! I loved this house! But my favorite part was the pool. I'm definitely going to miss it and hopefully we can come back!! We had a great time in this house; I wish I had a house like this. The game room was very good and the pool was great! We have had a lovely time living in the 'Royal Floridian' for 3 weeks; it is very welcoming, spacious and cozy. Our holiday was an early 45th wedding anniversary from our daughters and the setting was perfect.

We had a great time staying at 'Caribbean Nights'. The house was great, Very clean and in a great private quiet community. My kids stayed in pool so long we did not even get to visit the parks. We loved the convenience of sitting in the living room and watching the kids swim all day. I will never stay in a hotel again in Orlando. I have heard some horror stories about renting houses but this has changed all my fears. It was quick and easy checking in and out. My family will be back next year.

This house is really awesome! This is my families 4th year here and we've been impressed every single time! I always sleep in the fish room, because it is so lifelike and cool. I really enjoy the outdoor pool and the air hockey table in the game room. I hope I can come to the Royal Floridian every year on summer vacation.

Everything was to the fullest satisfaction. Exactly the same as it in the advertisement one described. Also in the vacation the landlord informed by telephone with us whether everything okay was. It pleased the whole family (3 generations) very well. Directly before the door of Disney, but although a place at which one can recover good after a arduous day. To reach central convenient around also different places/goals (Atlantic, Gulf of Mexico, Tampa, Cape Canaveral, pc. Augustin etc.) well. The topic rooms succeeded to class and arrived very good with the children. The whole house is very much maintained and in good taste furnished. It was missing to us at nothing. We felt super well. I would just like to thank you for the use of 'The Irish Jig' as without this the holiday of a life time might not have been the same. The Villa itself had everything and more that we wanted which enabled us to feel comfortable and straight at home. It was very clean, had all equipment needed, towels, and excellent pool and was in a prime location to every aspect of Florida we wanted to see and visit. Once again Thank you and we hope to be able to have use of the villa again in 2010 when we aim to return to Florida.

"Las Palmas Villa" was a dream come true! It was beyond our expectations. There wasn't anything more we could ask for. You thought of everything! The house was so comfortable and spacious that a week was simply not enough. The detail that has been paid to furnishing was simply outstanding - even down to kitchen utensils and cooking equipment! We just returned from our stay at your 'Disney Retreat'. The condo was beautiful, spacious and clean. The directions to Villa Direct & the condo were easy to follow even at 2AM! The view your 4th floor unit offers of the lake, is beautiful. We loved that you can walk to the pool/clubhouse. You could get to the Magic Kingdom within 5-10 minutes. Grocery, shopping & dinning nearby are a huge plus also. We plan to return and I have already referred 'Disney Retreat II' to friends.

Our family had a sensational time at your villa. The accomodations were absolutely exceptional and the location was so close to all of the attractions. We cannot thank you enough for your hospitality. It was so nice to be able to come home and "unwind" with the kids after the long days spent at the parks. We stayed in your villa with our best friends and their children, so there were a total of 4 adults and 7 kids---and there was plenty of space for everyone. We didn't even use one of the Master Suites.

We had to laugh when we would be standing in line at one of the parks and the kids would say "Can't we just go back home and swim?". So you definitely have a fan base with out kiddos. They LOVED the villa, especially the pool and the game room.

We made many memories at your villa and want to express our sincere thanks to you for sharing it.

We have already recommended the "Just Dreamin Villa" to our friends and family.

Thank you again for making our trip to Disney so relaxing and enjoyable. WE will be back!!

We had a great time in Florida. Las Palmas Villa was superb, immaculately clean and ideal for us as a family, especially as it is so ideally located for all the parks. It is so tastefully furnished and well-equipped we felt immediately at home. To be perfectly honest, I cannot think of anything that was missing! The men and boys all made very good use of the Games Room. Our only regret is that we didn't stay long enough!

I will certainly recommend Las Palmas Villa to friends should they be thinking of holidaying in Florida. Thank you - we had a wonderful holiday!

Our family was thrilled with the accommodations at Sun Mantra in Windsor Palms for our stay in March 2008. Upon our arrival, we were pleased to find an extremely clean and well cared for town home. The description of the unit on the internet was exact. From the bedding, to linens, dishes and furniture, everything was perfect. The back patio with the heated pool overlooking the large conservation area with circular walking path was an added bonus. Our son loved running around the path while we enjoyed ourselves on the patio. The complex is a very short drive to the parks and centrally located in the middle of it all. I look forward to booking this town home next year. Thank you for making our accommodations in Orlando perfect.

Our family came together from four different states to spend quality time in Orlando. One of the things that made it memorable was the home in which we stayed. 'Aviana's Best' provided the space we needed and was just far enough away from Disneyworld to give us a sense of being home. This was my 5th time renting a private home in Florida, and this home has been the best to date. 'Aviana's Best' is very clean and well-maintained. Location is great as it is not to far from all that was needed (groceries, adventure parks) yet far enough from the hustle and bustle of the city. It is located in a very quiet residential area. The pool is an asset and is kept very clean. We were not sure about the internet but VillaDirect management was very helpful and we managed to hook up. I would recommend this property to anyone looking for the best. Actually I have already inquired about renting in May 2008. We also booked this at the last minute. Management was a pleasure to deal with.

We had a great time staying at this Orlando villa. Huge house that was much bigger than I expected. We brought our extended family with on this trip to Florida and the vacation home slept 9 people very comfortably. I have already recommended this house to a couple of friends. Sea World - is a must, Shamu rocks America! Balloon ride - fantastic, worth every penny! Universal Studios - Shreck! Cracker Barrel is a 5 star. Golden corral has great value for the money. Outback Steakhouse and TGI Fridays are also great!

When we opened the door to the house we were stunned. We have stayed in four luxury villas in Florida and Spain but "Emerald City" villa took our breath away. It surpassed our expectations. I loved staying in this house with my family...it was the best. My little brother (2 years old) and I loved the game room. My brother would play with the pool balls in the game room. My Dad, Grandpa, Aunt and I loved the pool outside. Also I slept well in the room upstairs. I loved the flat screen TV. Thank you for the great stay here, hope to come back again.

The accommodations are great. The townhome was clean, spacious and well equipped. The resort is very close to Disney and shopping. Our kid's loved having there own pool as well as the pool at the clubhouse. We highly recommend 'A Magical Escape' and the Windsor Hills resort.

We greatly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home. We have been coming to Floirda every year for the past 17 years. This is the 2nd time with Villa Direct and this is the nicest place yet. We will definitely be back next year. This house is Gorgeous. I loved the TV's in every room, the pool and game room. (PS Can I live in this house??) This house Rocks!

We had a great vacation here at Villa del sol, it's definately a beautiful home! It provided a perfect sanctuary for relaxing and recharging after busy days at the theme parks. We enjoyed the pool and the spa. We had bright sunshine and temperatures in the 80s and 90s. One suggestion to other vacationers is to get to the theme parks early, it really made a difference, Thank you to all at villadirect!!

Staying here was the perfect choice for my family and me. It gave us the privacy we needed and yet there was plenty of room to be together. We all enjoyed the clubhouse with the "lagoon pool". We'll be back.

Your house is lovely! We came to Orlando to participate in a Baseball Tournament. Though we were only two wins and five losses, it was refreshing to come "home". We live in Tampa, Florida and visit Orlando frequently. This vacation home is perfect for our family.

We thought Las Palmas Villa was amazing! It was fantastically well-equipped with everything you could ever need. With 13 of us we still all had our own space - just like the Tardis in Dr. Who! The Games Room was brilliant and the pool was fantastic, especially after a hot day out and about at the theme parks. I have no hesitation recommending the lovely Las Palmas Villa to anyone - we had great fun!

We were very very impressed by this home and with the service we received. This unit was in the best location of Windsor Hills and Windsor Hills is definitely the best in WDW area, very close to Disney, shops, restaurants. We were pleased that your management company also kept it so very clean. Much better than previous vacation homes we have stayed at over the last 5 years of visits. Strongly recommended!

Simply wanted to let you know how wonderful you made our annual trip to Florida with our daughter and grandsons! The condo was terrific! - plenty of room, pretty surroundings, great clubhouse, pool and all the comforts of home. Since we had always stayed at Disney property, must admit I was a bit nervous of a "sight unseen" commitment, but were more than pleased with our decision! You certainly exceeded our expectations.
