I just wanted to let you know about some great feedback that I received from clients about Villa Direct. I'm not sure if you are the person to give the info to, but if not, maybe you can pass it on.

I had clients stay at Tickled Pink the week of May 24. They LOVED it! They said that the home was absolutely beautiful, check in and check out was easy and that everything was great. They have 4 little kids who enjoyed the home's pool more than they enjoyed the Disney Parks. My client said that one of the days, they wanted to stay at the house instead of going to the park. Now that says a lot : )

We took a group of six senior students to Orlando for their senior trip. The information we received about Disney Manor was excellent as well as all directions to get there and to get in to the house. We contacted Villa Direct regarding directions for the hot tub, and they responded quickly. We were all very impressed with the appearance of the house, and the kids thoroughly enjoyed the game room. All in all, it was a great stay.

Fantastic, can't describe this house enough! Our family had a wonderful vacation, and we will be returning for sure! It met all our needs and more, better than any hotel. We loved the bug screen around the pool area, which enables you to sit out day and night free of bug bites! The inside is just lovely, clean, spacious, and classy. The club house staff was very friendly and most helpful, and treated us like royalty. Our Family will be back! Negative comments......We had to leave!

I wanted to email and let you know our Florida experience and staying at the Bellagio in Solana Resort through Villa Direct was excellent.

The 5 bedroom house was beautiful and exceeded our expectations. The staff at Villa Direct were very professional and did everything they could to make this a hassle free vacation for myself, my children and grandchildren.

Disney Manor was an excellent choice. The rooms were spacious, clean and are ideal for multiple or large families. Our stay was perfect, Pool Area was roomy with plenty of living space & kitchen had all amenities. The clubhouse had plenty of extras & the Tiki Bar was a very nice touch for the adults. I highly recommend the Villa - it's only 10 minutes from Disney & 3 minutes to all stores, restaurants, etc.

Just back from Orlando and wanted to let you know that we very much enjoyed our stay at 'Emerald Blossom'. There is so much room and having one large house lets everyone spend time together when they are not at the parks. With the parks and shopping and restaurants so close by the location it is perfect.

All the grandchildren made good use of the pool. There is a lot of room between the pool area and the neighbors so it feels very private.

We will definitely be recommending your house to several acquaintances here in Sarasota.

We were at Disney Manor Christmas Day 2008 thru New Years 2009. We had a wonderful stay. The house is exactly as shown. Very neat and clean. It was almost too cool for the pool when we were there, but the grandchildren tried it out anyway. It was great also. I would highly recommend you stay at this property. It is very easy to get to Disney World and other attractions. My husband and I were there with our two children and spouses plus 8 grandchildren, and it was just wonderful. A very memorable vacation for all of us. If we are there again we would love to stay here again. IT WAS GREAT!!!

Wir waren nun schon zum vierten Mal in diesem wunderschönen, sehr gepflegten Ferienhaus. Wie immer, haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt und einen tollen Urlaub verbracht. Die Lage des Hauses ist wirklich optimal für alle Unternehmungen in und um Orlando. Ob Disney, Shopping, NASA, alles ist sehr schnell zu erreichen. Die Wohngegend ist sehr ruhig und angenehm.

Die Vermieter sind sehr motiviert, das Haus immer in einem TOP-Zustand zu halten und den Gästen den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu machen. In jedem Urlaub haben wir etwas Neues vorgefunden, was uns immer sehr gut gefallen hat.

Vielen Dank für bisher vier unvergessliche Urlaube,
wir kommen mit Sicherheit wieder!

Thank you for 'Disney Manor' vacation villa. As soon as we entered the villa, we were in awe! It is beautifully decorated. There was so much room for our extended family. The bedrooms were very spacious and the kids loved the Mickey Mouse theme bedroom! The game room was enjoyed by all. Terra Verde was a very nice resort. We went to the clubhouse on numerous occasions and enjoyed all their amenities. 'Disney Manor' villa is also in a great location as several stores are only a few minutes away as well as the theme parks. We will definitely be in touch, as we would love to rent again in the future!

From the time you enter the stunning gated community and are greeted by the "kissing dolphin" to the time you open the front door and marvel at the immensity of the vaulted ceiling in the foyer of your very own "Kissimee mansion," to the time you take your first swim in the more than roomy attached pool, you will remain mezmerized.
We have vacationed in Disney a minimum of eight times as a family. Sometimes, we stayed "in the park" (Dolphin) while other times, we rented in properties on the outskirts of the actual Disney properties (Vistana.) This visit to "MickeyLand", however, was our absolute BEST, and we attribute it to our decision to stay at "Jewel in the Crown."
Over the years, our family has grown in size from five to sixteen of us (two new babies.)Prior to finding "Jewel in the Crown," we were fearful that we would not be able to locate accommodations with ample space to accommodate all of us. Thankfully we were wrong. This beautiful proprety not only provided us with more space than we needed, it also provided us with a breathtaking sanctuary to recount all of the wonderful "park memories" that we had accrued throughout our holiday.
As a "home" away from home it served as a catalyst to foster even more memories in the evening - - swimming, playing, pool, air hockey, darts etc.
It's difficult to describe "the perfect vacation." But trust me, you know when you've experienced it! I thank the property owner, John, for being so dedicated to the task of making each of his guests feel like Kings and Queens and being such a pleasure to work with.

Hammock Court Villa was well equipped with all kitchen equipment, entertainment and furniture to make you feel at home. Our youngest children welcomed the mornings with a visit to the pool, the others enjoyed using the playstation and games room as well as the wireless internet. The adults enjoyed being left alone! I loved this house! But my favorite part was the pool. I'm definitely going to miss it and hopefully we can come back!! We had a great time in this house; I wish I had a house like this. "Orange Heron Villa" was just the Best!! Accommodation and all furniture was excellent. Just 10-15 minutes from Walt Disney World and 20-30 from Universal Studios depending on traffic. There's a Wal-Mart just a couple of blocks from the villa. Located on a nice and quiet place where you can get an excellent rest and your perfect vacation period. We had a great time!!!

We had a great time staying at 'Caribbean Nights'. The house was great, Very clean and in a great private quiet community. My kids stayed in pool so long we did not even get to visit the parks. We loved the convenience of sitting in the living room and watching the kids swim all day. I will never stay in a hotel again in Orlando. I have heard some horror stories about renting houses but this has changed all my fears. It was quick and easy checking in and out. My family will be back next year.

My family and I had an amazing time, a fantastic luxury home with perfect pool. Ten people in our party and we had plenty of room. We were located close to all theme parks and restaurants etc, a perfect retreat after our days out. We enjoyed our days staying in 'Disney Manor' villa as much as days out. Super sized beds in the main rooms with plenty of bedding and clean towels provided. Can't recommend enough, its perfect for a large family.

This house is really awesome! This is my families 4th year here and we've been impressed every single time! I always sleep in the fish room, because it is so lifelike and cool. Everything was to the fullest satisfaction. Exactly the same as it in the advertisement one described. Also in the vacation the landlord informed by telephone with us whether everything okay was. It pleased the whole family (3 generations) very well. Directly before the door of Disney, but although a place at which one can recover good after a arduous day. To reach central convenient around also different places/goals (Atlantic, Gulf of Mexico, Tampa, Cape Canaveral, pc. Augustin etc.) well. The topic rooms succeeded to class and arrived very good with the children. The whole house is very much maintained and in good taste furnished. It was missing to us at nothing. We felt super well. I would just like to thank you for the use of 'The Irish Jig' as without this the holiday of a life time might not have been the same. The Villa itself had everything and more that we wanted which enabled us to feel comfortable and straight at home. Fantasy Villa, the perfect name. The memories abound from a fantastic holiday. The villa was much more than we expected! We could not want for anything more. Spotlessly clean and luxury in every sense. The villa catered for every mood; have a hectic day out, can�t be bothered to travel out for a meal, then just order food in, cook in the kitchen or Barbie by the pool. Want to relax, stay at home in luxury. Don't know where to go, or need to keep up with friends, just use the Internet! Plenty for the kids too. The only problem was that our stay was too short!

Excellent villa, we had a lovely time. Orange Tree community is quiet but close enough to Disney to see the fireworks from the pool in the evening. The villa itself is very tastefully decorated and to have a games room and enormous TV for this price represents excellent value for the money.

"Las Palmas Villa" was a dream come true! It was beyond our expectations. There wasn't anything more we could ask for. You thought of everything! The house was so comfortable and spacious that a week was simply not enough. The detail that has been paid to furnishing was simply outstanding - even down to kitchen utensils and cooking equipment! We just returned from our stay at your 'Disney Retreat'. The condo was beautiful, spacious and clean. The directions to Villa Direct & the condo were easy to follow even at 2AM! The view your 4th floor unit offers of the lake, is beautiful. We loved that you can walk to the pool/clubhouse. You could get to the Magic Kingdom within 5-10 minutes. Grocery, shopping & dinning nearby are a huge plus also. We plan to return and I have already referred 'Disney Retreat II' to friends.

I just spent two weeks with my wife, daughter, son in law, & two grandsons (6 & 9) at "Orange Heron Villa". From the moment when we turned the corner & viewed the Villa, to leaving it was with out a question the best vacation we have had.

The quality & situation of Strawberry Fields was far more than I expected. As a regular traveler (working) I have come to expect very little & always take peoples views on 'Great places " with a large pinch of salt...But this was every thing I could wish for. Thanks for making it such an easy place to live in...none of our "Tribe" of 6 had any concerns or problems with the villa, pool, pool table, dart room, TV etc...Thanks again for a great place.

This 'Fantasy Villa' is something special, this is my fifth trip to Florida and the first time at this Villa, it is by far the best we have stayed in. There were 11 of us in all and we had plenty of room with the three master suites, additional bathroom and two extra bedrooms. The kids (and adults) enjoyed playing snooker before we left each morning. The large pool provided enough space for all the family and the heated Jacuzzi eased those tired legs after a full day at the park. You did everything you could to make the trip special and went out of their way to help. The free calls anywhere in the world was a great touch to help keep in contact with everyone back home. Thank you very much; we will defiantly be using you again.

Our family had a sensational time at your villa. The accomodations were absolutely exceptional and the location was so close to all of the attractions. We cannot thank you enough for your hospitality. It was so nice to be able to come home and "unwind" with the kids after the long days spent at the parks. We stayed in your villa with our best friends and their children, so there were a total of 4 adults and 7 kids---and there was plenty of space for everyone. We didn't even use one of the Master Suites.

We had to laugh when we would be standing in line at one of the parks and the kids would say "Can't we just go back home and swim?". So you definitely have a fan base with out kiddos. They LOVED the villa, especially the pool and the game room.

We made many memories at your villa and want to express our sincere thanks to you for sharing it.

We have already recommended the "Just Dreamin Villa" to our friends and family.

We had a great time in Florida. Las Palmas Villa was superb, immaculately clean and ideal for us as a family, especially as it is so ideally located for all the parks. It is so tastefully furnished and well-equipped we felt immediately at home. To be perfectly honest, I cannot think of anything that was missing! The men and boys all made very good use of the Games Room. Our only regret is that we didn't stay long enough!

I will certainly recommend Las Palmas Villa to friends should they be thinking of holidaying in Florida. Thank you - we had a wonderful holiday!

Our family was thrilled with the accommodations at Sun Mantra in Windsor Palms for our stay in March 2008. Upon our arrival, we were pleased to find an extremely clean and well cared for town home. The description of the unit on the internet was exact. From the bedding, to linens, dishes and furniture, everything was perfect. The back patio with the heated pool overlooking the large conservation area with circular walking path was an added bonus. Our son loved running around the path while we enjoyed ourselves on the patio. The complex is a very short drive to the parks and centrally located in the middle of it all. I look forward to booking this town home next year. Thank you for making our accommodations in Orlando perfect.

We had a fantastic time - "Orange Heron Villa" was even better than we imagined!

We stayed at the villa with another family, so in total four adults and four boys and we had ample room. To be honest the boys had a whale of a time just with the games room and the pool, let alone all the local attractions. The property is very well equipped and ideally situated to be close enough but again a little further a field to get away from the parks if you want.

On most occasions we ate out passing selections of restaurants back to the villa. When we ate in, the pool was an ideal way to unwind after eating, putting the children to bed and the adults to have a well earned swim in peace!!

Once again a fabulous holiday, and will definitely have no hesitation recommending this villa.

We just want to say a huge 'thank you' for a fabulous visit to Orlando. We absolutely loved staying at 'Villa Del Rey'. It was so close to the theme parks and close to a great range of restaurants which helped in a huge way. This was my 5th time renting a private home in Florida, and this home has been the best to date. 'Aviana's Best' is very clean and well-maintained. Location is great as it is not to far from all that was needed (groceries, adventure parks) yet far enough from the hustle and bustle of the city. It is located in a very quiet residential area. The pool is an asset and is kept very clean. We were not sure about the internet but VillaDirect management was very helpful and we managed to hook up. I would recommend this property to anyone looking for the best. Actually I have already inquired about renting in May 2008. We also booked this at the last minute. Management was a pleasure to deal with.

'Everyday is a Vacation' was absolutely wonderful! It was so nice to go "home" to a comfortable place where we could cook or watch television or just hang out after a great, but tiring, day at the parks. We were able to use the swimming pool the first day and everyone loved it. The house was spacious with a great floor plan for two families to relax and not get in each other's way - just like the pictures on the internet. The other thing we found very convenient was its proximity to the club house. We were able to use the exercise and wireless facilities while we were there. Also, the fact that it was a gated community was very nice - certainly made us feel safe. Can you tell we loved this home?

WOW!! Villadirect helped make our family reunion in Orlando for Thanksgiving close to perfect. They arranged for 2 seven bedroom homes in Terra Verde-Ambassador and Paradise Corner- to house 26 family members from Utah, North Carolina and Maryland. Our family has stayed previously in the Walt Disney Resorts, Floridian, Polynesian Village and Contemporary and although they have their advantages for monorail access to the parks these Villadirect homes with 7 bedrooms each were very comfortable and very roomy and we felt like we were going home after long hours enjoying the parks instead of returning to a single hotel room. We will recommend Villadirect to our friends and we will use them again because their people were friendly and exceeded our expectations.

We loved the condo. It was convenient, comfortable, and nicely decorated. It was the perfect way to wind down after the confusion of the Magic Kingdom. The clubhouse pool and spa were the icing on our cake. My grand daughter immediately fell in love with Mickey Mouse (she's 3, and believes he's real!). We had a very positive experience from making the reservation through to checking out. I would certainly recommend you to anyone.

This was our first trip to Orlando and we couldn't have picked a better villa. It was clean, well furnished and homely. Our group was made up of 4 adults, 2 teenagers and 2 kids but the size of the villa meant we had our own personal space and weren't under each other's feet.

We loved the games room and I had to drag my kids out of the pool each day to go to the parks! The owners were really keen to make sure we had a good time and were very helpful. The free phone calls to the UK were much appreciated. Disney was approx 15 mins drive and Universal 25 mins. It is 5 mins to the nearest Walmart. We are already thinking of going back next year and I would highly recommend this villa to anyone. We really didn't want to leave...

Sea World - is a must, Shamu rocks America! Balloon ride - fantastic, worth every penny! Universal Studios - Shreck! Cracker Barrel is a 5 star. Golden corral has great value for the money. Outback Steakhouse and TGI Fridays are also great!

When we opened the door to the house we were stunned. We have stayed in four luxury villas in Florida and Spain but "Emerald City" villa took our breath away. It surpassed our expectations. We didn't want for anything...except more time !! Graham and I stay at the Hilton several weekends in a year and we now feel that we are lowering our standards after the luxury of this villa. I know this sounds a bit gushy, but we had a really, really, really ,really good time and I've spent the last few weeks wishing I was back!!

I loved staying in this house with my family...it was the best. My little brother (2 years old) and I loved the game room. My brother would play with the pool balls in the game room. We had a great vacation here at Villa del sol, it's definately a beautiful home! It provided a perfect sanctuary for relaxing and recharging after busy days at the theme parks. We enjoyed the pool and the spa. We had bright sunshine and temperatures in the 80s and 90s. One suggestion to other vacationers is to get to the theme parks early, it really made a difference, Thank you to all at villadirect!!

We thought Las Palmas Villa was amazing! It was fantastically well-equipped with everything you could ever need. With 13 of us we still all had our own space - just like the Tardis in Dr. Who! The Games Room was brilliant and the pool was fantastic, especially after a hot day out and about at the theme parks. We had a wonderful week with the great weather. We did Epcot, Magic Kingdom, Sea World, and did a great deal of swimming everyday. Great place to start out each day with breakfast, be gone all day, and then come home to swim, then start all over the next day. Week goes by extremely fast.

Home is in great...central location to everything. All the rooms and layout were very well done. Home provided all the amenities that we needed.

We were very very impressed by this home and with the service we received. This unit was in the best location of Windsor Hills and Windsor Hills is definitely the best in WDW area, very close to Disney, shops, restaurants. We were pleased that your management company also kept it so very clean. Much better than previous vacation homes we have stayed at over the last 5 years of visits. Strongly recommended!

I'm a travel agent I book with Villa Direct often. I've seen other villas (all of which are lovely). The 'Royal Floridian' is by far the most beautiful house in their collection. We were all very pleased with the decor and amenities provided in R & R! We only live 6 hours away and plan to come back very soon. Everything was just perfect and for the rates we would have paid at a hotel we had privacy and our own heated pool and spa. Thank you for a perfect vacation home !

I wanted to tell you what a pleasure it was staying a "Sleeping Beauty". It was our home away from home. It made our family reunion even more memorable. We had lots of room to spread out and were able to enjoy family meals together. The kids loved having their own TV and had a great time in the resort clubhouse. We had a great time. It's a wonderful place to stay.

Simply wanted to let you know how wonderful you made our annual trip to Florida with our daughter and grandsons! The condo was terrific! - plenty of room, pretty surroundings, great clubhouse, pool and all the comforts of home. Since we had always stayed at Disney property, must admit I was a bit nervous of a "sight unseen" commitment, but were more than pleased with our decision! You certainly exceeded our expectations.
