| As a part of the program, VillaDirect agreed to property inspections and standards set by Walt Disney World® Resorts, including spot checks to ensure that quality standards are being met. We also developed a set of criteria for homes that meet the ultimate standard and which will be identified by the logo branding on our website. This additional identification is open to all owners and their homes, providing they meet the standards...and is in addition to our star rating system. Our CEO, Steve Hardman said: "We've worked as an authorized Disney ticket reseller for some time, and the Walt Disney World Vacation Rental Home Connection has been carefully designed to help our guests, by giving them a quality standard that they can rely upon. But, just as importantly, the program also allows our owner clients to benefit from our accreditation by giving the company that they place their homes with a ''Seal of Approval'' from a respected source. We've already experienced a BIG increase in interest - so far we've won over 7,400 reservations for homes in our program during 2011. We're very confident that this added recognition of our quality will increase bookings to even higher numbers and we're already prepared and staffed for a record-breaking 2012. For owners who provide the best homes we offer - they'll get the chance to rise above the ''standard'' homes offered and reap the rewards in occupancy and rental rates/revenue...because guests will quickly be able to identify properties with the logo as offering truly exceptional quality and value...while also offering the highest available standard that VillaDirect and the industry offers.
