A key to our success is the relationship between our clients and their owner liaison representative!

We believe that good communication between our owner clients and the company is critical. VillaDirect provides regular News to Use articles that are emailed and posted on the private, secure owner section of our website. But that’s only part of the service we offer.

In 2006 VillaDirect was one of the first management companies to start the Owner Liaison Representative team, whose job is to act as the owners advocate here in Florida (as usual, many of our competitors copied and followed our lead)! When you join VillaDirect – you are assigned one of a team of Owner Liaison representatives to be your single point of contact to answer, resolve or research answers to problems and issues that inevitably occur in any service company.
