We have led the local market in innovative solutions designed to improve and enhance the guests experience. We were the first to implement the SecurePASS lock system - improving the security and safety for our guests. VillaDirect was the first to install professional signage in each home - not just pieces of laminated paper like many of our competitors. VillaDirect was the first company to provide virtual tours on every individual property - and our web site was the first site in central Florida to offer searches by availability back in 2000 and to enable secure on-line reservations. We were the first property manager in Orlando to be recognized by Walt Disney World® Resorts in 2011 under the Vacation Rental Home Connection, which recognizes quality and assurance of standards to owners and to guests. We were the first company to introduce regular re-shoots of each property and to show the dates those photographs and tours were taken on each home we offer for the benefit of owners and for guests.
