| Aviana resort sits in an oasis of swaying palms, with rich green foliage and exotic flowers. Aviana offers guests the ultimate stay in a relaxing retreat from the hustle and bustle of Orlando's exciting attractions. Featuring a mixture of executive 4, 5 and 6 bedroom vacation homes and vacation rental pool homes, this fabulous Orlando area community is the perfect location for your next Disney vacation. Each of the vacation homes features its own private swimming pool, and many incorproate raised spa pools for extra comfort and relaxation. Beautifully designed 3 and 4 bedroom Tuscan-style townhomes are also available. The resort clubhouse will be over 6,500 square feet, and will be surrounded by a large sparkling guest pool, splash area (for the kids), tot-lot and sand volleyball court. Inside, the clubhouse will feature a cyber café and video arcade, fitness center, guest gathering room, and reception area. The clubhouse facilities are not completed at this time. Aviana Resort sits on US 17-92, approximately 5.9 miles south of the Champions Gate 1-4 exit, just a 15 minute drive from Walt Disney World.
