Put $99 down, and then make an easy payment plan to pay the balance before you arrive. You can even add discounted theme park tickets, car rental, groceries and other services to your payment plan and budget the whole vacation if you wish.

The Lay-Away-And-Stay program is available to all guests. There is no fee or charge for the Lay-Away-And-Stay program, provided payments are made as agreed, save as defined below for default or as listed and shown on the payment plan agreement. Optional payment by Telecheck is available to US residents only. The Lay-Away-And-Stay program can be combined with any other current offer. Guests can choose to make equally monthly, weekly or 2-weekly payments from their checking account or by credit card to pay equal payments to the remaining balance of their reservation between the booking date and the arrival date. Guests are required to complete, sign and return the Lay-Away-And-Stay payment plan agreement form that is sent with the combined booking confirmation after the reservation is made and deposit paid. US resident guests who choose to pay by Telecheck (electronic check payment) will be required to provide a copy of their current driver’s license. Guests making payments by Credit Card must present the card used for payments at the time of check-in/arrival at VillaDirect Guest Welcome Center. Guests choosing to pay by credit card must have a credit card on which the expiry date occurs after the date of arrival. Complete payment must be received prior to stay at the reserved accommodation. Funds for payments must be available on the due date agreed. Failure to make complete payment of all due fees by the due date will result in refusal by the company to provide any accommodation, and will result in a penalty retention of 25% of the total charges due or retention of paid amount (whichever is the lesser amount).
Bookings made within 60 days of the arrival must be paid with weekly installments. Bookings made above 60 days prior to the arrival date can make a payment plan of either weekly, bi-weekly or monthly payments.
Guests who book their next vacation while staying at a VillaDirect vacation home using the Lay-Away-And-Stay payment plan will receive a 15% returning guest discount. Returning guests who book at least 4 months in advance of the arrival date using the Lay-Away-And-Stay payment plan will receive a 10% returning guest discount.
A $30 administration fee will be levied against the deposit paid for each and any payments returned unpaid due to non-sufficient-funds or charges declined by the credit card company. In the event that there are insufficient funds available on deposit to cover such charges, the reservation will be canceled in its entirety with no refund due to the guest. In the event that payment is declined 3 times, the reservation will be canceled in full with no refund available to the guest.
All reservations made under the payment plan are also subject to our terms and conditions of rental.
