Use of the VillaDirect web site Agent program is subject to acceptance of the following Terms and Conditions. You must check that you have accepted these Terms and Conditions to enter the program.

1. VillaDirect (hereinafter the Company) will accept reservations from Travel Agencies, or individuals operating as Travel Agents (hereinafter described as Agent), under the following Terms and Conditions for persons (the Guest) wishing to book accommodations offered by the Company.
   


2. As a condition of registration, the Agent or Agency must provide a membership number of a recognized travel agents organization for verification by the Company. Failure to provide a valid, verifiable number from a recognized travel agency organization (such as the American Association of Travel Agents, IATA, ARC, TRUE, TIDS or ITAN) will result in a commission of 5% and possible removal of the agent from the program, and cessation of commissions and benefits until such time as they can provide verification to the Company.
   


3. The Terms and Conditions of Rental published on the villadirect.com web site will apply to any Guest staying at a property booked by the Agent.
   


4. The Company may provide a password-protected interface through the villadirect.com web site for the registered Agents specific use. The registered Agent may elect to provide individuals/staff within its organization additional login authorizations.
   


5. The Company will pay the registered Agent the due commission during the calendar month following departure of the Guest from the property. Payment will be made by check to the Agent by the Company.
   


6. The AgentDirect program pays commissions on a volume/reward basis. The Company will increase the commission rate to the registered Agent as the number of bookings placed through the Company increases.
   


7. The commission rate is set at between 5% and 10% of the rental rate, excluding sales tax, ADW, cancellation protection, or other add-ons.
   


8. Value added services can be offered by the Agent, including pool heat (where not inclusive). These will be included in the calculation of the net rental amount for the purposes of determining the deposit due for confirmation of the reservation. Value added items such as tickets, car-hire, groceries, concierge services, and baby equipment are subject to separate payment terms, and will be paid under those terms by the Agent or the Guest, separate to these terms.
   


9. No reservation is confirmed until the Company issues a booking confirmation email to the Agent in writing by email or fax.
