Orlando vacation home amenities you should expect.

Each of our vacation homes in Orlando and Kissimmee are individually owned, but we encourage the property owners to include as many amenities as possible to make your stay as enjoyable and comfortable as possible.

VillaDirect also adds more amenities to help our guests experience better quality and security during their stay in one of our managed pool homes, condos and town homes.

And if there's something that we've missed....that you really want, be sure to call our Guest Services team at the Welcome Center who will be delighted to try and get it for you.

We've provided a list of the amenities that you can expect to find in our homes - as well as those which are available on some of our higher graded properties.

• SecurePASS - a computerized key-less lock system on every home we offer - to proved you with an assurance of a secure locking system with a unique code that's only available to you during your stay. More details of SecurePASS can be found on this link.


• Free telephone calls - all of our homes feature FREE local and long distance calls. Those homes which have the FREECALL telephone system also provide FREE international calls during your stay!


• High Speed Internet - Many of our homes feature free high speed wireless internet. VillaDirect also offer the MiFi high speed internet hub for rental, which allows up to 5 concurrent users to access the internet with a G3 high speed hub anywhere - so you can use your internet at the beach, in the home, at the restaurant or the parks (separate terms and conditions of rental apply to MiFi devices, please ask the Guest Services team for further details).


• Air Conditioning - All VillaDirect vacation homes in Florida in the Disney area are provided with air conditioning and air heating as a standard amenity.


• Starter pack of amenities - On arrival at your vacation home - you'll find FREE "starter items" of soaps, kitchen towels, trash liners, toilet tissue, dishwasher and washing detergents for your immediate use.


• Linens and Towels - From our smallest to our largest vacation rental, all are provided with clean, fresh towels and linens on the beds. Spare towels and linens are also provided for guests use during their stay at the property.


• Cutlery, crockery, pots 'n' Pans - All of our vacation homes come equipped with kitchenware to make sure that you can prepare and enjoy a family meal together in the home.


• Standard items - All homes offered are provided with a standard level of kitchen appliances such as cooker, stove, range, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, garbage disposal, coffee maker, kettle, washer, dryer, iron and board. Many also have additional items such as mixer, hairdryers, dehumidifiers, water softeners or purifier filters.


• Games rooms - Over 50% of homes offered feature a games room for our guests enjoyment, typically located in either the garage or in a loft area. Guests must ensure that children are supervised at all times while in the games room.


• Swimming pools and/or spa pools - Many of our Florida pool homes and town homes offer a private swimming pool or spa pool. These private pools and spa pools are for the enjoyment of our guests and are serviced every week by VillaDirect pool technicians (quite often while your family are at the parks and attractions).
