With its impressive entrance and manned gatehouse, you enter to find a delightful sub tropical landscape surrounding the Windsor Hills resort and club house offers an array of complimentary amenities available to all guests staying at this Orlando vacation home. You can stay in shape in the state-of-the-art fitness room. The popular club house at Windsor Hills provides the perfect place to sit around the resort lagoon pool, kids fountain play area, slides, water jets, spa pool and hot-tub - and sun yourself as you meet other guests and families. Kids of all ages will want to stop at the video games room, or play pool or ping-pong in the club house. There's an on-site private cinema for guests that has regular showings of popular and recent family friendly movie releases. Outside of the club house, you'll find picnic and barbecue stands, and a kids tot-lot. There's even a sundry shop in the club house if you run short of sun block or need a drink and a snack. A little ways in to Windsor Hills you will find a fabulous 'Castle' play area for the kids – that they'll want to return to again and again. If you want to burn off some calories - or to keep active while you stay at one of our Windsor Hills vacation homes, Florida condos, or Kissimmee town homes - be sure to book and use the on-site tennis courts, volleyball, or the soft and sandy volleyball court. Windsor Hills is ideally located for fantastic vacations on Disney's doorstep, with some of the best shops and restaurants just a couple of minutes away on the famous highway 192 strip in Kissimmee, and Disney less than 2 short miles from this Orlando vacation home.
Hillcrest Villa has a bright and spacious open-plan family room to relax in together as a family on over-sized sofas and a love seat. The entertainment center offers a 47-inch wide-screen HD TV and DVD player with digital cable and Dolby 5.1 surround sound. You also have the option to relax in a more quiet setting in the separate living room which has an overstuffed couch and loveseat surrounding a coffee table. If you want some extra fun after a day at the parks, then why not spend some family-fun time together in the games room, complete with a pool table, air hockey and foosball games to enjoy. If you feel the need to surf the web to access the most up-to-date information during your stay, the owner has thoughtfully provided high speed wireless internet access* throughout the home. Owner has also provided free call within the US, Canada and Puerto Rico.
Step out from the family room out under the cool and shaded lanai, and on to the pool deck that surrounds the crystal clear pool and raised spa pool. Sit and soak under the Florida sun on the cushioned pool chairs with table, or take a long cool dip in the optionally heated pool. Sitting in the bubbling raised spa and listening to the waterfall is a perfect way to relax at the end of each fun-packed day at the parks and attractions. The pool is provided with a removable safety fence for extra added protection for infants and young children should you need it, and all doors leading on to the deck area have been provided with additional safety locks and alarms.
Sleeping accommodations at Hillcrest Villa includes a master suite with a king-size bed, night-stands with lamps, clock/radio/alarm, walk in closet space, and dresser with LCD Flat-screen digital TV and DVD player. The master bathroom completes the suite with his 'n' hers mirrored vanity basins, walk-in shower, roman tub and private toilet room. A second master bedroom suite also affords a king-size bed, night-stands with lamps, plus a dresser with LCD Flat-screen digital TV and DVD player, closet space, and a master bathroom suite with vanity basin, walk-in shower and toilet. Two further junior master bedrooms each feature queen-sized beds, night stand with lamps, dresser with cable TV and DVD player, ample closet space, and adjacent (shared) family bathroom with his 'n' hers mirrored vanity basins, a separate shower and private toilet room. The kids bedroom comes equipped with a pair of twin beds, dresser with cable TV, closet space, night stand with lamp and alarm/radio/clock, plus a nearby family bathroom. Finally the last bedroom has a single twin bed, but is also fully equipped as an office with desk-top computer, scanner, printer and fax.
The kitchen has been equipped with almost everything that you could need to rustle up a quick snack, or prepare a family feast...but don't worry about preparing food while on vacation! Some of the best eateries in Central Florida can be found just minutes away.
