"Aviana's Best" is a Disney vacation home located in the heart of the Aviana Resort - just minutes from Disney and ideally located for the shops and restaurants of Kissimmee. With every possible amenity included in this villa, you and your family will have a magical vacation in the Florida sunshine within a short drive to Disney. This home away from home is a perfect base to explore all of the exciting attractions of Orlando. With 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, "Aviana's Best" Orlando vacation home is fully air-conditioned, and ideal for larger families, and accommodates up to 10 guests in spacious comfort.
"Aviana's Best" has a spacious family room to relax in together as a family, with ceramic tiled floor, occasional and coffee tables, surrounded by a sofa and a love seat, plus an entertainment center with a flat screen TV, DVD player, and Playstation2 (with games).
Step out from the family room on to the extended pool deck, where you can sit on the comfortable, cushioned deck furniture, or take a dip in the sparkling clear pool (pool heat optionally available). If you want to soothe away the aches of a day at the theme parks, sit and relax in the raised and bubbling spa pool that cascades in to the main pool. The extended pool deck provides ample space for the kids to play. The pool is provided with a removable safety fence for extra added protection for young infants should you need it, and all doors leading on to the deck area have been provided with additional safety locks and switch-able alarms. The pool bath option provides easy access to the shared bath from the pool deck.
If the pool and spa aren't enough for the kids, then let them blow off steam in the games room! Complete with a pool table, air-hockey and an electronic darts board, they'll have everything they need for a great time. Other amenities included to keep the kids entertained are books, board games and a PlayStation 2.
Sleeping accommodations at "Aviana's Best" include a master bedroom with direct access to the shaded lanai leading to the pool deck and heated spa, with a king-size bed, LCD TV with built-in DVD and cable, nightstands with lamps, telephone and clock/radio/alarm, walk in closet space, and dresser, plus a master bathroom with vanity basin, sit down vanity, huge walk-in tiled shower, roman tub and toilet. A second master bedroom is on the opposite side of the house, and offers a queen-size bed, nightstand with lamp, dresser, LCD TV with built-in DVD and cable, and private bathroom with vanity basin, shower/bath, and toilet. There are 2 further spacious bedrooms, each of which has two twin beds, dresser with DVD, cable TV and lamps, closet space, and a shared bathroom also with vanity basin, large shower, and toilet. Finally, there's a sleeper sofa in the family room. All bedrooms and the family room have ceiling fans for added comfort.
The bright kitchen adjoining the family room has been equipped with almost everything that you could need to rustle up a quick snack, or prepare a family feast...but don't worry about preparing food while on vacation! Some of the best eateries in central Florida can be found just minutes away. For eating at home, a comfortable breakfast nook and a formal dining area are available. Next to the formal dining, a bright formal living room provides additional space for conversations. A security alarm system is included.
If you need to surf the web during your stay, the owner has thoughtfully provided wireless high speed internet access* in the home.
