Daysbreak Villa is a Disney vacation home nestled in the very popular Indian Creek community, less than 3 miles from Walt Disney World in Kissimmee, Florida. With 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, this fully air-conditioned, elegant and spacious Orlando vacation home based on the Cypress Springs model is perfect for family groups, sleeping up to 12 guests.
Indian Creek has a plenty of additional community attractions designed for families, which are all FREE for our guests use. Young children will love the tot-lot playgrounds (there's 2 of them), and will spend hours on the climbing frames, swings and equipment. Older kids – and the young at heart – will enjoy playing in the sunshine on the Indian Creek putting green, tennis courts, soccer pitches, baseball nets, and lots of open spaces to enjoy. Just 2 minutes from the entrance, guests will find the famous highway 192 in Kissimmee – and the Formosa Gardens shopping mall and eatery. Some of the best known restaurants are located at Formosa Gardens, with an Outback Steak House, Red Lobster, Giordano's Chicago Pizza restaurant, Carabba's Italian, Cracker Barrel, Chinese, Subway and Taco Bell takeaways, as well as shops, a Winn Dixie supermarket, and much more.
Daysbreak Villa has a vaulted "Great" room with sky-lighted ceiling, ceiling fans, sumptuous sofas and a love seat to relax in during the day or evening, with a large-screen cable TV and DVD - so you can watch your favorite movie.
Step out from the great room through the doors and on to the shaded lanai, with table and chairs to enjoy al-fresco meals under the Florida sunshine or stars - next to the sparkling clear pool and bubbling spa pool with waterfall feature, that's surrounded by the sun-drenched pool deck, with cushioned deck furniture to relax. The pool is provided with a removable safety fence for extra added protection for young infants should you need it, and all doors leading on to the deck area have been provided with additional safety locks and switchable alarms.
Sleeping accommodation at Daysbreak Villa includes a master bedroom suite with a sleep-soft king-size bed, cable TV player, bed stands with lamps, clock/radio/alarm and telephone, dresser, walk-in closet space, and a master en-suite bathroom with a "Roman" tub, his 'n' hers mirrored vanity basins, a walk-in shower and private toilet - plus private access to the shaded lanai. The second master affords the same luxurious comfort to our guests, with a king-size bed, cable TV, bed stands with lamps, clock/radio/alarm, dresser, and en-suite master bathroom with bath/shower, mirrored vanity basin and toilet. A third bedroom offers a queen-size bed, bed stand with lamp, clock/radio/alarm, dresser, and an adjacent bathroom. Two further bedrooms are perfect for the children in the party, with 2 twin beds in each, plus dressers. These 2 bedrooms share a family bathroom between them. Finally, the sofa in the lounge can be converted to a sleeper if required.
The kitchen has been equipped with almost everything that you could need while on vacation to prepare a family feast or a quick buffet breakfast. Choose to eat at the breakfast nook, or in the dining area, or out by the pool. Or why not leave the cooking - you're on vacation after all! - and visit one of the many fabulous nearby restaurants.
