Disney Manor Villa is a perfectly located Orlando vacation home on the exclusive Terra Verde Resort and Spa, less than 5 miles from Disney World in Kissimmee, Orlando, Florida. With 7 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms, this fully air-conditioned, elegant and spacious Disney vacation home is ideal for family groups, sleeping up to 14 guests.
Relax in this Kissimmee vacation home with vaulted-ceiling, luxuriously furnished family room with comfortable sofas and easy chair, occasional tables, an armoire with a large screen cable TV and DVD player. Stretch out and enjoy your favorite movie which can be found at the nearby video rental stores.
Walk outside to the screened patio area where you’ll find a superb heated private pool and bubbling spa. Swim in the sparkling clear water or just laze on the comfortable loungers. Safety is paramount and a removable fence is provided to protect young children, should you need it. All doors leading on to the deck area have been provided with additional locks and on-off switchable alarms.
If you’re feeling more energetic, maybe you and the whole family can enjoy the garage/game room where you can try your hand at pool, air hockey, electronic darts or board games. Children young or old can use the X-box located in one of the bunk bedrooms. On the other hand, if you need some peace and quiet away from the children, sit and read or just chat in the beautiful formal lounge area complete with comfortable sofas, tables, and lamps. If you need to surf the web during your stay, the owner has thoughtfully provided high speed internet access* in the home.
The sleeping accommodations at Disney Manor include two spacious master bedrooms. The first one has a king-size bed, dresser, night stands with lamps and a clock/radio, walk-in closet, cable TV, plus a huge private master bathroom with mirrored vanity basins, roman tub, walk in shower and private toilet. The second (upstairs) master bedroom suite has a queen size bed, similar amenities for your comfort, plus another private bathroom.
There is another queen size bedded room and two twin bedded rooms, all with dressers, night stands with lamps and clock/radios, cable TV, and adjacent family bathrooms. The children will love to choose one of the additional Disney theme bedrooms to sleep in. Both have bunk beds and are colorfully decorated, one with a "Mickey & Minnie" theme and the other with a "Finding Nemo" theme. Both are fully equipped and have TV’s also.
If you can find time between the pool and the theme parks nearby, then you may like to eat at Disney Manor. Of course, the kitchen is equipped with almost everything that you could need for that favorite meal or simple snack. You can eat in the formal dining room, the kitchen nook overlooking the pool, or poolside at the table provided there. Or, if you are looking for a good restaurant, the most popular restaurants in Kissimmee are only minutes away.
There is a fully equipped laundry room with washer, dryer and ironing facilities. This vacation home is fitted with the Villa Direct SecurePASS electronic lock system for your extra convenience and safety.

Visit the spacious clubhouse and choose to relax in the sunshine around the sparkling clear resort pool with gazebos and shaded cabanas, luscious landscaping, and comfortable deck loungers. Or, sit in the bubbling community hot-tub and chat with other guests as you soothe away your tensions. Kids will love the tot’s pool – or let them play in the tot-lot next door, as they swing on the rope swings, lie in the hammocks, or climb the climbing rock. Inside the Terra Verde resort clubhouse, you’ll find a sauna, spa, sundry shop, arcade video games, fitness center and cyber café.
