With 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, this fully air-conditioned elegant Orlando vacation home is perfect for family groups, sleeping up to 8 guests.
Surrounded by Florida's natural beauty, with sub-tropical woodlands, palms and vistas, Terra Verde is ideally located close to Disney - with easy access to the theme parks and attractions from your own Orlando vacation home in the Florida sunshine. Visit the spacious club house and choose to relax in the sunshine around the sparkling clear resort pool with gazebos and shaded cabanas, luscious landscaping, and comfortable deck loungers. Or sit in the bubbling community hot-tub and chat with other guests as you soothe away your tensions. Kids will love the tot's pool - or let them play in the tot-lot next door, as they swing on the rope swings, lie in the hammocks, climb the climbing rock. Inside the Terra Verde resort club house, you'll find a sauna, spa, sundry shop, arcade video games, fitness center and cyber café.
Dream Away Villa has a spacious family room to relax in during the day or evening, with comfortable furnishings, a flat-screen TV, DVD Player, VCR and stereo system - so you can watch your favorite movie as you look out on to the sparkling pool deck. There's also a separate lounge area that's perfect for some quiet time reading or playing board games together, which has a queen-size sleeper sofa.
The family room leads straight out on to the pool deck which surrounds a sparkling, optionally heated private screened pool where you and your family can splash around, laze out in the warm Florida sunshine, or sit in the deck furniture and relax as you look out over the clear blue tranquil lake that this villas is named for. The pool is provided with a removable safety fence for extra added protection for young infants should you need it, and all doors leading on to the deck area have been provided with additional safety locks and switchable alarms.
If you need to surf the web during your stay, the owner has thoughtfully provided high speed wireless internet access* in the home.
If you still want something else to do...there's a games room that's complete with a 7ft pool table, a Foosball table, an electronic darts game, board games and a games console for the family to enjoy at any time!
Sleeping accommodation at Dream Away Villa includes a master bedroom suite with a king-size bed, 26-inch flat-screen TV and DVD player, telephone, clock/radio, dresser, nightstands with lamps, and a master bathroom with walk-in shower, roman tub and vanity basins. There's a second master bedroom with a queen-size bed, night-stands, dresser, 20-inch flat-screen TV and DVD player, closet space, and en-suite bathroom. The third bedroom is perfect for the children, providing 2 twin beds, plus a 20-inch flat-screen TV and DVD player, with an adjacent family bathroom for convenience. Finally, there's a sleeper sofa in the lounge area for additional flexibility.
The kitchen has been equipped with almost everything that you could need for a quick family snack, or that special meal for loved ones. Choose to eat at the informal breakfast area, or in the (only slightly more formal!) dining area in the separate family room to the front of the villa.
This Terra Verde vacation home also offers the VillaDirect FREECALL telephone system to guests - so that you can make FREE local, long distance and international telephone calls from this Orlando vacation home near to Walt Disney World (some restrictions apply – see terms).
