Emerald Island Retreat is perfectly located on the exclusive Emerald Island gated resort community, less than 3 miles from Walt Disney World in Kissimmee, Florida. With 6 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms, this elegant and spacious vacation home is perfect for family groups, sleeping up to 14 guests.
Emerald Island Retreat has a spacious and beautifully decorated family room to relax in during the day or evening, with luxurious furnishings, a 40-inch LCD Flat-panel TV, and DVD Player - so you can watch your favorite movie, or listen to the music that you love (you'll have to bring it!). There's also a separate den upstairs providing extra space, and the perfect place for the kids to play or watch the cable TV!
Outside an electrically heated private, screened pool with a bubbling spa is the perfect place for you and your family can splash around, laze out in the warm Florida sunshine, or sit in the sun-loungers and soak in "the rays" or sit under the shade in the oversized lanai. The pool area is provided with a removable safety fence for extra added protection for young infants should you need it, and all doors leading on to the deck area have been provided with additional safety locks and switchable alarms.
In the garage - the fun continues, with a games room including a pool table that's a combination ping-pong table and an air-hockey table for extra family games together when the weathers not quite up to Florida standards!
The sleeping accommodation at Emerald Island Retreat includes 2 spacious master bedrooms, each with a king-size bed, master bathroom, 24-inch flat-screen TV, dresser, nightstands with lamps and clock/radio/alarm, and walk-in closet space. One master is located downstairs. There are two more spacious bedrooms, each with a queen-size bed, dresser, 24-inch flat-scren LCD TVs, nightstand and walk-in closets. Two more bedrooms each provide 2 twin beds for the kids with fabulous decor and comfirtable furnishings and also include flat-screen cable TV. Finally, the loft area has a sleeper sofa available.
The bright and airy kitchen has been equipped with almost everything that you could need for that favorite family treat, or a simple snack. Choose to eat together as a family on vacation at either the dining area, the breakfast bar, or the separate breakfast nook off the kitchen. Or why not take advantage of some of the best and most popular restaurants and eateries nearby?
