Set in luscious palm fronds and its own manicured landscape, the Emerald Island resort club house offers an array of complimentary amenities available to all guests staying at this Orlando vacation rental. You can stay in shape or tone up your muscles in the state-of-the-art fitness room. The 4,000 square foot club house at Emerald Island provides high speed Internet access with a number of computer terminals available for guests use. Or choose to sun yourself as you meet other guests around the heated community pool and spa pool. Kids of all ages will want to stop at the video games room, or play at the video arcade while you lie out by the large sparkling swimming pool and watch the little ones have a ball in the splash area tot lot. There's even a sundry shop in the reception area if you run short of sun block or need a drink and a snack! Emerald Island is ideally located for fantastic vacations on Disney's doorstep, with some of the best shops and restaurants just a couple of minutes away from this Orlando vacation home.
"Jewel in the Crown" has a large, vaulted family room to relax in during the day or evening, with sumptuous sofas, stunning furnishings and lamps, a 42-inch large screen TV and DVD player with surround sound - so you can watch your favorite movie, or play your most loved tunes on the stereo system provided. If you want peace and quiet away from the family, choose to sit in the separate lounge, with overstuffed sofa and love-seat, occasional and coffee tables, together with lamps.
If you want to spend your days soaking in that Florida sunshine...then you've picked the perfect spot! If you want to relax, either step into the bubbling raised spa pool, or the crystal-clear waters of this private pool. The pool and spa can be optionally heated. If you're too tired to swim...then simply lay back on one of the comfy loungers or reclining chairs, or sit under the lanai for a family al-fresco meal together as you look on to the conservation area to the rear. The pool is provided with a removable safety fence for extra added protection for young infants should you need it, and all doors leading on to the deck area have been provided with additional safety locks and alarms.
If you need to surf the web during your stay, high speed wireless internet access* is available in the home.
Sleeping accommodation at "Jewel in the Crown" is as exclusive as you could want; with two separate master bedrooms that each provides spacious comfort. The first master has a sleep-soft king-size bed, dresser and nightstand, with cable TV and DVD player, telephone, clock/radio and closet space for each. The second master has a queen-size bed, dresser and nightstand, with cable TV, DVD and clock/radio. Each of these master bedrooms also provides its own master en-suite bathroom, with either single or double vanity basins, walk-in or bath/showers, and toilet. Two other bedrooms offer queen-size beds, with dressers, nightstands, TV's with DVD players and ample closet space.
Each of the remaining bedrooms offers the perfect night-time dreams for the children, or the young at heart. Two of these bedrooms provides 2 twin beds, nightstands with lamps, dresser with TV and DVD player, and closet space, plus adjacent bathrooms. The last provides a pyramid bed (full/twin bunk) plus all the comforts for the kids. If the kids get up before you… then let them play in the games room with the multi-play set that includes an air hockey table, 7-foot pool table, and TV screen (children should be supervised at all times).
The bright and airy kitchen has been equipped with almost everything that you could possibly need to prepare a family feast or a super-snack for the kids. Choose to eat at the formal dining area or at the breakfast bar that overlooks the lanai...so that you can sip your OJ while looking out at the rising sun.
