Somerset is a vacation rental community, of executive vacation homes, built at the Remington Golf community in Kissimmee, Orlando, Florida. This enclave of executive vacation 4, 5 and 6 bedroom Orlando vacation home provide spacious comfort for guests to base their Disney area vacations, and is located less than 30 minutes from Walt Disney World, SeaWorld, Wet & Wild and Universal Studios "Islands of Adventure" and "Ride the Movies". The Somerset community offers basketball and volleyball courts for the guests enjoyment, together with soccer and baseball fields, a fitness center and a community pool. Of course, a round of golf at Remington (a "Disney Design Award" course) is always available for reasonable green fees. Near the excitement and nightlife of Orlando, Somerset vacation rental guests can also enjoy fishing, boating, and picnicking just three miles away at Lake Tohopekaliga (Lake Toho).
Kioras Kingdom features 2 separate living areas. The living room and dinning room with 6 seat formal dinning area, over-stuffed sofa, love-seat and chair, plus occasional and coffee tables with lamps is a great place to relax, read or enjoy one of the board games.
The open plan family room has a 42' Plasma screen cable TV, DVD player and 5.1 surround sound system - so you or the kids can watch your favorite movie, or listen to the music that you love (you'll have to bring it!). The Sleeper Sofa opens out to provide an extra bed, should you require it. The nook enjoys a further 6 seat casual dining table. If you need to surf the web during your stay, the owner has thoughtfully provided high speed internet access* in the home.
The converted Games room has full size Air Hockey and Pool tables. The kids can enjoy the added fun of a PlayStation2 games console/DVD player with 2 controllers & 27' screen while sat on video rocker chairs, designed for video gaming (games not provided).
The family room opens out to the extended pool deck that surrounds the sparkling pool and bubbling spa, a great place to soothe away aches and pains after a day's walking and fun around the theme parks – and you'll enjoy sitting and listening to the water cascade in to the main pool. The deck and its comfortable loungers are the perfect place for a sun-drenched afternoon in the Florida sunshine. Sit on the sun-loungers and soak in the rays, or take a cooling soak in the water. As the sun sets this deck really comes into its own with color changing underwater lighting and fiber optic lit water feature that gently flows into the pool creating the perfect ambiance. The pool is provided with a removable safety fence for extra added protection for young infants should you need it, and all doors leading on to the deck area have been provided with additional safety locks and switch-able alarms. The pool area also has its own bathroom.

The Regal Grand Master Suite situated upstairs features a king-size bed, Armoire with 27' TV/DVD/VCR player, nightstands with lamps, table and chairs, clock/radio/alarm, dresser, plus large walk-in closet space, and a private master bathroom with mirrored his and hers vanity basins, walk-in shower, roman-style tub, and toilet. Fit for the King and Queen.
The Explorer Master suite inspired by adventures in the new world enjoys a queen-size bed, nightstands with lamps, dresser with 20' cable TV and DVD player, closet space, plus an en-suite bathroom with mirrored vanity, toilet, and bath/shower.
The Nautical Master Suite is for those with a lust for the ocean. Located downstairs, it provides a queen-size bed, with nightstand, lamp, dresser with 20' cable TV and DVD player, closet space and en-suite bathroom with vanity basin and mirror, toilet and bath/shower.
Adults and children alike will love to sleep amongst the lush vegetation and wild animals of the Jungle room. It features two full-size 'double' beds, nightstand with lamp, dresser with 20' cable TV and DVD player.
The NASCAR room for aspiring drivers provides 2 twin racing car beds, with nightstand, dresser with cable TV and DVD player, plus closet space and nearby family bathrooms.
The Princess bedroom is the ideal setting for beauty-sleep, provides 2, 4 poster twin beds, with nightstand, dresser with cable TV and DVD player, plus closet space and nearby family bathrooms.
The kitchen/diner has been equipped with almost everything that you could need for a quick and tasty snack, or that specially prepared romantic dinner. Choose to eat in the dinning room, informal dining area or the shaded lanai with table and chairs for al-fresco dining.
