Las Palmas Villa is located on the secluded and peaceful Seasons community in Kissimmee, less than 4 miles from Walt Disney World and with excellent access to all of the theme parks. With 7 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms, superbly-equipped games room, and extended pool area and spa, this fully air-conditioned, elegant and spacious Orlando vacation pool home is perfect for family groups, sleeping up to 16 guests.
Seasons community is a quiet and secluded enclave, set only minutes away from the hustle and bustle of the 192 and Kissimmee, with its restaurants, shops and attractions like Medieval Times – just a couple of minutes away! Seasons community is a haven of peace away from all of the excitement of the parks. Most of the community surrounds a lake, which is a wonderful place to walk around and watch the Florida wildlife, or let the kids play on the tot-lot that's been thoughtfully provided.
Las Palmas has a spacious family room to relax in together with sumptuous sofas, a large-screen cable TV, PS2 games console and DVD player – so you can watch your favourite movie, play your favourite game or listen to the music you love (you'll have to bring it with you!). There's also an X-box games console in one of the bedrooms upstairs. A separate lounge area provides extra space and a tranquil haven for the adults – perfect for reading, playing board games or a quiet chat…and if you really need to get away from it all, every bedroom has its own cable TV.
If you need to surf the web during your stay, the owner has thoughtfully provided high speed wireless internet access* in the home.
Step outside the family room and soak in the Florida sunshine on the extended 16 x 40ft pool deck. Enjoy the sparkling, crystal clear 14 x 30ft pool and raised spa pool, or relax by the pool-side while you soothe your cares away – there's plenty of seating provided. The pool area is provided with a removable safety fence for extra added protection for young infants should you need it, and all doors leading on to the deck area have been provided with additional safety locks and switch-able alarms.
Still want more? Then why not gather for some fun together in the games room with its fabulous pool table, air hockey table and Foosball table. Practice your accuracy with the electronic darts board – or just sit comfortably and watch from the sidelines!
Sleeping accommodation at Las Palmas includes 2 master bedroom suites, one each on the first and second floors… each with king-size bed, nightstands with lamps, clock/radio/alarm, telephone, dresser, 27-inch cable TV and DVD player, closet space. Each master suite has a private master bathroom with vanity basins, bath, shower (one with walk-in shower) and toilet. A further bedroom enjoys a queen-size bed, nightstand with lamp, clock/radio/alarm, 27-inch cable TV and X-Box, drawer and closet space, plus an adjacent family bathroom. The remaining 4 bedrooms are ideal for the kids – each with 2 twin beds, nightstand, lamp, clock/radio/alarm, drawer and closet space, cable TV and a nearby or adjacent bathroom. Finally, the sofa in the lounge can easily be converted in to a sleeper if required.
The bright and airy kitchen has been equipped with almost everything so you can prepare a family feast or a quick snack. Dine al fresco by the pool, snack in the breakfast nook off the kitchen or enjoy a family meal in the separate dining area. And if you don't feel like cooking, you'll find some of the best family restaurants and shopping in Central Florida just a few minutes away on the famous '192'.
This Disney vacation home also offers a fully equipped laundry room with washer, dryer and ironing facilities. This vacation home is fitted with the VillaDirect SecurePASS electronic lock system for your extra convenience and safety.
