The Omni Resort is right on your doorstep with its fine dining restaurants, 3 fabulous championship golf courses designed by Greg Norman, , and the David Leadbetter Golf Academy®. The Reunion resort is 5 minutes away with its 3 championship courses for you to enjoy.
With 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, this fully air-conditioned, elegant Orlando vacation pool home is perfect for family groups, sleeping up to 7 guests in comfort. Southern Eclipse Villa enjoys over 1,600 square feet of living space, and has a spacious family room to relax in during the day or evening, with ceiling fan, comfortable furnishings including two large sofas, a large screen cable TV, Sony PlayStation 2, a stereo system and DVD player - so you can watch your favorite movie (there is a selection available at the villa) – or listen to your favorite tunes while on vacation.
If you need to surf the web during your stay, the owner has thoughtfully provided wireless high speed internet access* in the home.
Outside, there's a superb and optionally electrically heated private, screened, pool with a bubbling spa where you and your family can splash around, relax in the spa, or laze out in the warm Florida sunshine, as you sit and look out to the lake and conservation views to the rear. Or take time-out to sit in the sun-loungers and soak in "the rays". The pool area is provided with a removable safety fence for extra added protection for young infants should you need it, and all doors leading on to the deck area have been provided with additional safety locks and switchable alarms which means you will know whenever your children have headed out of the patio doors to the pool. The pool area is well lit for evenings as well, and an outside fan makes it even more comfortable.
If you want some extra fun and excitement, then why not play in the games room - with a 7ft pool table, air-hockey and a foosball table to enjoy together?
The sleeping accommodation at Southern Eclipse Villa includes 2 master bedrooms. The first master suite includes a king-size bed, dresser with cable TV and DVD player, nightstands with lamps, and walk-in closet space, plus a master bathroom with walk-in shower, vanity basin with mirror, and toilet. The second master includes a queen-size bed, nightstand with lamp, dresser with cable TV and DVD player, and master bathroom with vanity basin and mirror, shower and toilet. The remaining bedroom is perfectly appointed for the kids in the family, with a pyramid bed (full bed on bottom, twin on top) with a Disney theme that they're sure to enjoy, including Mickey TV, DVD player and Playstation 2,plus an adjacent family bathroom with both bath and shower.
The kitchen has been equipped with almost everything that you could need for that favorite family treat, or a simple snack. Choose to eat together as a family while on vacation at the spacious formal dining area, at the breakfast bar – or al-fresco by the pool!
