The community offers basketball and volleyball courts, soccer and baseball fields, a fitness center and a community pool. Near the excitement and nightlife of Orlando, Somerset homeowners can also enjoy fishing, boating, and picnicking just three miles away at Lake Tohopekaliga. Somerset is also close to schools, shopping and dining in the area.
Summer Settings vacation home has an open-plan family room with ceiling fan, over-stuffed sofa and love-seat, plus occasional and coffee tables with lamps, a cable TV, DVD player and surround sound system - so you or the kids can watch your favorite movie, or listen to the music that you love (you'll have to bring it!). The kids can enjoy the added fun of Microsoft X-Box entertainment consoles while they're on vacation (games not provided).
The family room opens out to the pool deck that surrounds the sparkling pool and bubbling spa. The relaxing spa is a great place to soothe away aches and pains after a day's walking and fun around the theme parks – and you'll enjoy sitting and listening to the water cascade in to the main pool. The deck and its comfortable loungers are the perfect place for a sun-drenched afternoon in the Florida sunshine. Sit on the sun-loungers and soak in the rays, or take a cooling soak in the water. The pool is provided with a removable safety fence for extra added protection for young infants should you need it, and all doors leading on to the deck area have been provided with additional safety locks and switch-able alarms.
Sleeping accommodation at Summer Settings Villa includes 2 master bedroom suites, The first features a sleep-soft, King-size bed, TV/DVD player, nightstands with lamps, clock/radio/alarm and telephone, dresser, plus closet space, and a private master bathroom with mirrored his 'n' hers vanity basins, walk-in shower, roman-style tub, a large walk-in closet, and toilet. The second master enjoys a Queen-size bed, nightstand with lamp, dresser with cable TV and DVD player, walk-in closet space, plus an en-suite bathroom with mirrored vanity, toilet, and bath/shower. There are two further spacious bedrooms that are ideal for the kids, each has been themed, and each enjoys 2 twin beds, nightstand with lamp, dresser with cable TV, closet space, plus a shared family bathroom with vanity, bath/shower and toilet. All bedrooms are located on the upper floor at this property.
The kitchen/diner has been equipped with almost everything that you could need for a quick and tasty snack, or that specially prepared romantic dinner. Choose to eat in the informal dining area or the shaded lanai with table and chairs for al-fresco dining.
