Villa Sol is a beautiful gated community with a relaxing park-like environment, with lots of wildlife, world-class bass fishing from the dock over at the nearby creek with its boat slip. It is 10 minutes to East Lake bass fishing camp. Rocket launches should be visible from the property. Villa Sol is only 40 minutes to the east coast beaches, Space Centre and Nature Reserves and 90 minutes to the Gulf Coast. Additionally, for the fishing fanatics Villa Sol is less than 10 miles away from one of the most famous Bass fishing sites in the world, Lake Tohopekaliga (Toho).
"Whispering Oaks" has a spacious family room to relax in during the day or evening, with a sumptuous sofa and love seat, plus end-tables with lamps, a coffee table, ceiling fan, and an entertainment armoire with a cable TV and DVD player. If you would like some "quiet time" away from the kids, why not sit in the separate 'formal' living room to the front of the property, and relax as you read a book or chat together.
Step out from the family room on to the private pool deck, with a sparkling and optionally heated pool, where you can relax as you look out to the conservation views to the rear. If you want to relax some more – then why not sit in the bubbling raised spa pool and listen to the water cascade in to the main pool? Sit and relax on the comfortable deck furniture as you soak in the Florida sunshine. The pool area has a removable safety fence providing added protection for young infants should you need it, and all doors leading on to the deck area have been provided with additional safety locks and switch-able alarms.
Sleeping accommodation at "Whispering Oaks" includes a master bedroom suite with a sleep-soft king-size bed, nightstands with lamps, clock/radio/alarm, dresser with cable TV, walk-in closet space, and a master bathroom with mirrored vanity basins, walk-in shower, roman-style tub and private toilet. The next three bedrooms each feature a queen-size bed, with nightstands, dresser and closet space. Each share an adjacent family bathroom. The fifth bedroom has 2 twin beds, night-stand with lamp, dresser and closet space.
The bright and airy kitchen has been equipped with almost everything that you could need to prepare a family feast to enjoy together at the formal dining area, or a quick snack to eat at the breakfast bar or al-fresco by the pool.
