Indian Creek has a plenty of additional community attractions designed for families, which are all FREE for our guests use. Young children will love the tot-lot playgrounds (there's 2 of them), and will spend hours on the climbing frames, swings and equipment. Older kids – and the young at heart – will enjoy playing in the sunshine on the Indian Creek putting green, tennis courts, soccer pitches, baseball nets, and lots of open spaces to enjoy. Just 2 minutes from the entrance, guests will find the famous highway 192 in Kissimmee – and the Formosa Gardens shopping mall and eatery. Some of the best known restaurants are located at Formosa Gardens, with an Outback Steak House, Red Lobster, Giordano's Chicago Pizza restaurant, Carrabba's Italian, Cracker Barrel, Chinese, Subway and Taco Bell takeaways, as well as shops, a Winn Dixie supermarket, and much more.
Yansaku Villa has a spacious family room to relax in during the day or evening, comfortable furnishings, sumptuous leather sofas and love-seats, together with a large screen TV, VCR, and DVD, so you can watch your favorite movies and shows in the evenings after a hectic day at the parks.
Outside, there's a sparkling clear, 30 x 15 foot gas heated swimming pool, where you and your family can splash around, laze out in the warm Florida sunshine, or sit in the shaded lanai and relax on the pool furniture. There's also a separately heated 6 ft diameter raised spa pool for extra relaxation in the bubbling waters. The pool area is provided with a removable safety fence for extra added protection for young infants should you need it, and all doors leading on to the deck area have been provided with additional safety locks and switchable alarms.
Sleeping accommodation at Yansaku Villa includes a master bedroom with a king-size bed, TV, nightstands with telephone, clock/radio and lamps, dresser, and a master bathroom with walk-in-shower, roman tub, twin vanity basins with spotlight mirrors, toilet, and a walk-in closet - plus direct access to the shaded lanai. There's a second master bedroom with a queen-size bed, night stand with clock/radio and lamps, walk-in closet space, plus its own master bathroom with a vanity basin, shower/bath and toilet. A third master bedroom offers spacious comfort with a full-size bed, dresser, and nightstand with lamp, TV, plus a walk-in closet. This bedroom has an adjacent family bathroom for use. Finally, there are 2 twin bedrooms, each with night-stands, lamps, clock/radios, dressers, plus lots of closet space, and they each share another family bathroom. Finally, there's a sleeper sofa in the family room.
The bright and airy kitchen has been equipped with almost everything that you could need for a perfect family feast together, including a gas range, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, all utensils and appliances. Choose to eat at either the informal breakfast nook or the stunning dining area that seats 6 guests.
