Emerald Cove is a spacious and gracious 7 bedroom vacation pool home, located in the perfect spot in the exclusive Emerald Island gated resort community. Emerald Cove is less than 3.5 miles from Walt Disney World in Kissimmee, Florida, and with 7 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms, this elegant and spacious property is perfect for large family groups, sleeping up to 15 guests.
Set in luscious palm fronds and its own manicured landscape, the Emerald Island resort club house offers an array of complimentary amenities available to all guests staying at this vacation home. You can stay in shape or tone up your muscles in the state-of-the-art fitness room. The 4,000 square foot club house at Emerald Island provides high speed internet access with a number of computer terminals available for guests use. Or choose to sun yourself as you meet other guests around the heated community pool and spa pool. Kids of all ages will want to stop at the video games room, or play at the video arcade while you lie out by the large sparkling swimming pool and watch the little ones have a ball in the splash area tot lot. There's even a sundry shop in the reception area if you run short of sun block or need a drink and a snack! Emerald Island is ideally located for fantastic vacations on Disney's doorstep, with some of the best shops and restaurants just a couple of minutes away, and Disney less than 3 short miles from this vacation home.
Emerald Cove has a large, vaulted family room to relax in during the day or evening, with sumptuous sofas, stunning furnishings and lamps. A 42-inch TV, DVD/video system, with state of the art surround sound is featured - so you can watch your favorite movie…or play your most loved tunes on the stereo system provided. If you want peace and quiet away from the family, choose to sit in our separate lounge, with overstuffed sofa and love-seat, occasional and coffee tables, together with lamps. A stereo music system is also on hand to provide relaxing background music.
If you want to spend your days soaking in that Florida sunshine, then you've picked the perfect spot! Relax, step into our heated (optional) bubbling spa pool, or into the crystal-clear waters of the 30 x 14 foot private heated (optional) pool, or simply lay back on one of our comfy sun-loungers or reclining chairs placed on the oversized deck. The large lanai is cooled by ceiling fans, and delivers the perfect place for breakfast as the sun rises, or for a relaxing evening enjoying a family al-fresco meal together. Both the pool and lanai enjoy sunshine from early morning to late afternoon. The pool is provided with a removable safety fence for extra added protection for young infants should you need it, and all doors leading on to the deck area have been provided with additional safety locks and switchable alarms. The home is also fitted with a security alarm system for your added protection and comfort should you wish.
Additional entertainment is on hand in the superbly equipped games room. Pitch your skills in a wide range of games including, a 7ft pool table, table foosball, electronic darts and air-hockey.
Sleeping accommodation at Emerald Cove can only be described as outstanding! The spacious 7 bedrooms are exclusive, luxurious and imaginative which will appeal to all generations.
The two separate master bedrooms each provide elegant comfort featuring sleep-soft king-size beds, dresser and nightstand, with 21-inch cable TV’s with DVD players, clock/radios, ceiling fans and large walk-in closets for plentiful storage. Each master bedroom also provides its own master en-suite bathroom, with mirrored vanity basins, walk-in or bath/showers (corner bath in master 1), and toilet.
There are 3 further adult bedrooms, which feature a choice of king, queen or twin configurations. Once again, each features sleep-soft beds, dresser and nightstand, 21-inch cable TV’s with DVD players, clock/radios and closets.
The final 2 bedrooms are each a children’s paradise. The “Disney” Room has a distinctive theme with twin beds, Mickey Mouse TV, Sony PS2/ DVD games console and a Mickey Mouse bedside light which even talks to you! To reach “Infinity and Beyond” choose Buzz Lightyear’s room with a double/single bunk bed, flashing Buzz light and XBox/ DVD games console.
The bright and airy kitchen has been equipped with almost everything that you could possibly need to prepare a family feast or a super-snack for the kids. Choose to eat at the formal dining area or at the breakfast bar that overlooks the lanai...so that you can sip your OJ while looking out at the rising sun.
This vacation home also offers the VillaDirect® FREECALL telephone system to guests - so that you can make FREE local, long distant and international telephone calls from this vacation rental by Disney (some restrictions apply – see terms), so no more buying phone cards….it's all inclusive. There is a fully equipped laundry room with washer, dryer and ironing facilities.
