Mickey's Playhouse has a bright and spacious family room to relax in together as a family, with occasional and coffee tables, surrounded by over-stuffed sofas and a love-seat, plus a Bose entertainment center with cable TV. If you would like for quiet time, choose to lounge around in the separate sitting room area at the front of the home, where you can enjoy a little peace and quiet.
Step out from the family room under the cool and shaded lanai, and on to the pool deck that surrounds the crystal clear pool and raised spa pool. Sit and soak-in the Florida sunshine on the cushioned, deck loungers, or take a cooling dip in the optionally heated pool. Sitting in the bubbling raised spa and listening to the waterfall is a perfect way to relax at the end of each fun-packed day at the parks and attractions. The pool is provided with a removable safety fence for extra added protection for young infants should you need it, and all doors leading on to the deck area have been provided with additional safety locks and alarms.
If that's not enough fun in the sun – there's also a pool table in the garage for your family's enjoyment.
Sleeping accommodation at Mickey's Playhouse includes a master suite with a king-size bed, night-stands with lamps, telephone and clock/radio/alarm, walk in closet space, and dresser with cable TV, plus a master bathroom with his 'n' hers mirrored vanity basins, walk-in shower and toilet. A second master bedroom suite also affords a king-size bed, night-stands with lamps, plus a dresser with cable TV, closet space, and an adjacent bathroom with vanity basin, walk-in shower and toilet. A junior master affords a queen-size bed, night-stand with lamp, dresser and ample closet space, and adjacent (shared) family bathroom. The final 2 bedrooms will appeal to kids and the young-at-heart with 2 twin beds in one room and 1 twin bed in other with oodles of space.
The kitchen has been equipped with almost everything that you could need to rustle up a quick snack, or prepare a family feast...but don't worry about preparing food while on vacation! Some of the best eateries in Central Florida can be found just minutes away.
With its impressive entrance and manned gatehouse, you enter to find a delightful sub tropical landscape surrounding the Windsor Hills resort and club house offers an array of complimentary amenities available to all guests staying at this Orlando vacation home. You can stay in shape in the state-of-the-art fitness room. The popular club house at Windsor Hills provides the perfect place to sit around the resort lagoon pool, kids fountain play area, slides, water jets, spa pool and hot-tub - and sun yourself as you meet other guests and families. Kids of all ages will want to stop at the video games room, or play pool or ping-pong in the club house. There's an on-site private cinema for guests that has regular showings of popular and recent family friendly movie releases. Outside of the club house, you'll find picnic and barbecue stands, and a kids tot-lot. You can also enjoy another wonderful tot-lot located to the right of "Mickey's Playhouse". There's even a sundry shop in the club house if you run short of sun block or need a drink and a snack. A little ways in to Windsor Hills resort you will find a fabulous 'Castle' play area for the kids – that they'll want to return to again and again. If you want to burn off some calories - or to keep active while you stay at one of our Windsor Hills vacation homes, Orlando condos, or Windsor Hills town homes - be sure to book and use the on-site tennis courts, volleyball, or the soft and sandy volleyball court. Windsor Hills is ideally located for fantastic vacations on Disney's doorstep, with some of the best shops and restaurants just a couple of minutes away on the famous highway 192 strip, and Disney less than 2 short miles from this Orlando vacation home.
