"Sunshine and Lollipops" has a spacious family room to relax in together as a family, with occasional and coffee tables, surrounded by over-stuffed sofa and a love seats, plus an entertainment center with large screen cable TV, games console, DVD player and stereo system to listen to your favorite music.

Step out from the family room and under the shaded lanai on to the pool deck, where you can sit on the comfortable cushioned deck furniture, or take a dip in the optionally gas heated sparkling pool, or relax and soothe the day-away in the bubbling spa pool under the Florida sun. The pool is provided with a removable safety fence for extra added protection for young infants should you need it, and all doors leading on to the deck area have been provided with additional safety locks and switchable alarms. For the kids, there are two further bedrooms; each has two twin beds, nightstands, lamps, cable TV, closet space, and a shared bathroom. Finally, there's a sleeper sofa in the family room.
