Join our team of customer service professionals who are dedicated to delivering the best guest experience for vacation rentals offered in Orlando.

Based in our Kissimmee office (on the intersection of Highway 192 and SR429Operator-VillaDirect) you will be greeting and talking to guests in one of many challenging duties that make each day a busy and exciting work experience.

Educated to at least a high school diploma, successful applicants will have experience of dealing directly and positively with guests in a one-to-one environment - preferably in a hotel or theme park locally.

Hourly rates plus excellent benefits are offered to full-time positions

Reservations Agent

(full and part time positions available)

Taking reservations from guests wanting to rent a vacation home in the Orlando area. Initiating calls to potential guests that have requested a price quote from our web site.

Working our of our call center in Celebration, Florida you will also guide potential guests into choosing the best vacation home rental based on the guests needs.

Qualifications/Education/Skill Requirements include:

Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some weekends, nights and holidays when needed.

• Must thrive in a challenging work environment.
• Must possess excellent verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook and automated computer systems.

Advantageous but not essential:

• 1+ years call center/sales experience.
• Bi-Lingual English/Spanish.
• Experience with reservations software
• Experience in selling travel services.

$6.67 to $15.00 per hour plus bonus and/or commission

Power Wash Operator

VillaDirect requires an additional power-wash operator for its field service team. Performing scheduled power wash services to driveways, paths and pool decks, walls and soffit boards on over 500 vacation pool homes and town homes in Orange, Osceola, Polk and Lake counties,

Reporting to the Field Service Supervisor, this full-time position includes use of all equipment, plus a company vehicle during work hours.

$9-11.50 per hour based on experience plus benefits package

Web Design Administrator VillaDirect and its sister company has a requirement for a full-time web developer/designer/administrator to work in the Florida office in Kissimmee. The successful applicant will have demonstrable skills in html, java, and SQL, together with a core knowledge/understanding of the LAMP environment.

Additional skills in search engine placement and optimization will be an added consideration in selecting the successful applicant.		 The salary is negotiable for the applicant based on their experience level
