Instructions For VillaDirect After Hours Check In
A quick guide to help you when our office is closed
If you arrive in Orlando after the Welcome Center has closed, we have an after hours check-in solution. This allows you access into your rental home until you are able to formally check-in the following day. Guests have access to the After-Hours Key Box which contains your arrival guide and provides a temporary code until you can come in when the Welcome Center is open.
If you check-in using the After-Hours Key Box
For security reasons, if you are using the After-Hours Key Box, the SecurePASS lock code issued for your rental is only valid for 24 hours. Please return to the Welcome Center to check-in the following morning with your valid photo ID and the credit card with which you placed your booking, so that we can provide you with a permanent code for your entire stay.
Push the buttons on the entry pad in the order that was given to you.
Turn the handle to the right (clockwise) and gently pull open the door.
Find the envelope with your party name printed on the front.
Remove your envelope and close the door.
Please check that the door has fully closed and has latched for the next guest.
We recommend that you open the arrival envelope prior to leaving to familiarize yourself with the driving directions.
