This event is technically free, although a $2 donation is suggested to benefit the Moffitt Cancer Center. You can listen to live music by local musicians during the two day event and enjoy a variety of Lakeridge wine, beer and soft drinks, plus food available for purchase. And, seeing as how the event is put on by a winery, you can also go on complimentary Winery tours and tastings!

Alive After 5 is Central Florida’s largest recurring monthly street party with live music, local artists, food and craft beers in a beautiful historic town. At what is sure to be one of the most popular free things to do in Orlando in September, you can enjoy great local restaurants, art galleries, gift shops, antique stores, nightlife and a variety of other unique businesses.

On the fourth Friday of each month, multiple venues in Sanford’s downtown historic district host the Sanford Art Walk, which showcases local talent and gives you the opportunity to meet visiting artists. The event is free and runs from 6 to 9 p.m., and if you want to extend your Art Walk after dark, you can visit the Little Fish Huge Pond for a late night reception until 10 p.m. All the venues are within walking distance of one another and are open late so you can enjoy local art and refreshments!

On the third Thursday of every month, thousands of visitors converge in Downtown Orlando to celebrate art, food, technology and business. You can see a variety of different art at the Gallery Hop, experience Orlando’s culinary delights during a Taste of Church Street and enjoy live product demos by tech enthusiasts and entrepreneurs at the Tech Meetup!
