VillaDirect employs a dedicated in-house property care team comprised of professional housekeepers, pool cleaners, inspectors, landscapers and field service technicians. All of them share the common goal of protecting your investment. Furthermore, they keep your home in perfect order for you, your family and your rental guests. As a result of this approach we can deliver All-In-One Owner Services to our clients. The services performed by our property care team include but are not limited to:
Regular housekeeping and cleaning (dusting, vacuuming, linen replenishment).

As one of our inclusive owner services, our accounting department establishes a rolling expense account, supplemented by your rental income, through which your utility bills are paid.
