You’ll also have your own named reservations liaison agent to contact in our team with questions you might have about any bookings or payments. This puts you in control the income you receive from VillaDirect. Once you achieve a new commission threshold, you stay there for a full calendar year, regardless of the number of bookings you bring in. All commission rates reset on the 1st anniversary of the agency registration, and each year thereafter.

 

Please note:  Once achieved, the rate of travel agent commissions are not retroactive. They cannot be applied to previous bookings, even when the arrival date of such bookings is after the attainment of the most recent commission level. Agents must be registered with VillaDirect at the time of placing a booking to receive a commission. We regret that we are unable to retroactively apply commissions to bookings made by an agent that has not registered. Commissions are not paid on bookings where agent’s guest has received a discount.
