Guests are welcome to contact VillaDirect at any time of the day, 365 days of the year. During office hours, our experienced personnel will answer any question you may have promptly and clearly. If you are calling outside of our normal hours, then our on-call service will happily respond to questions. If they cannot – they will get one of our on-call team to call you back with an answer or to help you.

We have administrative offices in Celebration, Florida, which are centrally located near to all of the vacation homes that we offer. As we are also close to:

• Walt Disney World® Resort
• Universal Studios® Florida
• SeaWorld® Orlando

The best time to contact our team is during office hours. If you call outside business hours, follow the instructions on the after-hours voicemail, and you will be put through to our out-of-hours service. In an emergency, they will call us to get one of our on-call team to call you.

At all other times, one of our staff will be available on-call. If you leave a message, someone will get back to you within 1 working day for reservation enquiries.
