Guests are welcome to contact VillaDirect at any time of the day, 365 days of the year. During office hours, our experienced personnel will answer any question you may have promptly and clearly. If you are calling outside of our normal hours, then our on-call service will happily respond to questions. If they cannot – they will get one of our on-call team to call you back with an answer or to help you.
Our offices in Celebration, Florida are centrally located near to all of the Orlando vacation homes that we offer. Walt Disney World® Resort, Universal Studios® Florida, SeaWorld® Orlando, and many other area attractions are also close by. You can stop by our offices to see us any time you like, but we’re also available on the phone – and it’s easier!
The best time to contact our team is during office hours. If you call outside business hours, follow the instructions on the after hours voicemail, and you will be put through to our out-of-hours service. In an emergency, they will call us to get one of our on-call team to call you.

Please note: VillaDirect Welcome Center is open 365 days per year. On some national holidays, our office hours change to allow staff to be with their families, but we are still open limited hours and always provide 24×7 on-call telephone assistance to our guests. On busy check-in times, we extend office hours to be available for arriving guests. VillaDirect Vacation Homes is open during the hours shown below. The offices are staffed and manned, and there is always a telephone receptionist available during those hours to take messages and direct calls to the correct member of our team. You can contact VillaDirect by either our local number (407) 397-1210 or our TOLL-FREE (in the USA and Canada) 1 (877) 259-9908 telephone number, which will place your call into the reservations call center. Please note that if you do not wish to place a reservation, using the TOLL-FREE number to contact VillaDirect may take a little longer to talk to a member of staff.

If you are a guest staying at one of our Florida vacation homes with an emergency or problem, please refer to the home guide or the instructions provided in the house. The out-of-hours telephone number is (407) 397-1210.
Please note that messages left outside office hours on the reservations TOLL-FREE number will not be collected until the following day. VillaDirect uses a third party call center outside published office hours.
Where there is an emergency, one of our personnel is always available to contact through the call center to help guests. Please refer to your registration terms for further details or the home pack booklet inside the Florida vacation home in which you are staying.

VillaDirect will respond to any email received by the recipient within one working day. Such a response may be limited to a confirmation of receipt on some occasions. If you are a guest who wishes to confirm their reservation, make changes, or ask questions about their booking, we suggest that (for the best and fastest response) you send your email to reservation confirmations. If you are an owner, please refer to your on-line section for details of your Owner Liaison Representative, whom you should address email correspondence to for the fastest response. General email queries should be sent to VillaDirect administration.
Guests, customers, and others wishing to send documents via fax should fax the number (407) 397-2823. All faxes are received, timed, and date stamped centrally and distributed the following working day to the intended recipient.
