Guests are welcome to contact VillaDirect at any time of the day, 365 days of the year. During office hours, our experienced personnel will answer any question you may have promptly and clearly. If you call outside of our regular hours, our on-call service will happily respond to questions. If they cannot – they will get one of our on-call team to call you back with an answer or to help you quickly.

Our offices are centrally located near all of the Orlando vacation homes that we offer. Walt Disney World® Resort, Universal Studios® Florida, SeaWorld® Orlando, and many other area attractions are nearby. We’re also always available on the phone – and it’s easier!

The best time to contact our team is during office hours. If you call outside business hours, follow the instructions on the after-hours menu, and you will be put through to our out-of-hours service. In an emergency, they will call you back within 30 minutes.

By Telephone during office hours
VillaDirect Vacation Homes are open during the hours shown above, and there is always a telephone receptionist available during those hours to take messages and direct calls to the correct member of our team. You can contact VillaDirect through our local number (407) 397-1210, which will place your call into the guest services center.

By Telephone outside office hours
If you are a guest staying at one of our Orlando vacation homes with a question, a problem, or an emergency, please refer to the home guide or the instructions provided in the house. The out-of-hours telephone number is (407) 397-1210.

All messages left on the out-of-hours voicemail will be listened to within 30 minutes. Our staff will call you back as quickly as possible if it’s an emergency. If the problem is something that is not an emergency, then we may choose to call back the following morning when the office is open.

Where there is an emergency, one of our personnel is always available to contact to help guests. Please refer to your registration terms for further details or the home pack booklet inside the Orlando vacation home you are staying in.

By E-mail
VillaDirect will respond to any email received by the recipient within one working day. Such a response may be limited to a confirmation of receipt on some occasions. If you are a guest who wishes to confirm their reservation, make changes, or ask questions about their booking, we suggest that (for the best and fastest response) you send your email to reservation confirmations.

If you are an owner, please refer to your online section for details of your Owner Liaison Representative, to whom you should address email correspondence for the fastest response. General email queries should be sent to VillaDirect administration.

If you are a guest and have feedback or a complaint that you would like to share with the management team at VillaDirect, please email VillaDirect Feedback. One of our senior management team will read your correspondence and reply within three working days.

By Fax
Guests, customers, and others wishing to send documents via fax should fax (407) 397-2823. All faxes are received, timed, date stamped centrally, and distributed the following working day to the intended recipient.

In Writing
