we rent every year and have never been disappointed!!!! but fantasy villa could use bigger televisions.....and a new fridge!!!

21 June 2022The house is OK. I guess you get what you pay for.
Beds were nice and the community was quiet.
The house needs some updating - like paint, TVs and things.
Overall a "meh" stay.

25 May 2022This home was absolutely wonderful! Accurately described in listing, we love the Cumbrian lakes community! Everything was nicely maintained and clean. Had no problems at all the entire stay! Will be back next summer!!

14 April 2022House was clean, everything you needed, never spent that much time indoors as was always in the parks. I don't understand what the reviewer said about the beds - they were really comfortable for us.
Everything is 20/30 mins away by car. In a perfect location!

16 March 2022Surface cleaning is ok but carpet is very dirty. Need to update beds they say new mattresses but that’s not true. Not as close to Disney as they say but traveling in this area is long anyways.
Would probably rent again if they update beds and give house a much overdue cleaning.

We are surprised that you say that the mattresses were old. All of the mattresses in the house were replaced with new mattresses (costing over $6,000) in November 2021.
We agree that the house needs to have a deep clean, but we are having a problem scheduling one because the property is so popular.
