The rooms were very spacious and the beds were comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay.The home was very beautiful and clean.

25 February 2024Had a wonderful time. The house was very nice. They need to update the pictures. Had a problem with pool heat, but they were right out and fixed it. Overall, I would recommend this house.

12 June 2022Worked well for my son who uses a power wheelchair. Loved the lift for the pool. The game room needs improvement broken items should be fixed or removed. Also need instructions on how to use television in living room.
We appreciated quick response to repair on pool.

2 June 2022Pros - Very nice and super clean - friendly agent that I booked through - easy on-line check in and payment - company response was quick when we had a small problem.
Cons - TRAFFIC!!!!! Be sure to leave for the parks early. After 10AM the 192 is hell-on-earth!

Unfortunately, there's not a lot that can be done about the traffic, but you're right that the best thing to do is to get out to the parks as early as possible to avoid it (and the long lines at the rides).

21 May 2022The house itself was a decent house. It was clean and had everything that was advertised. However the villa Check in process was not easy at all, forget trying to check in early. There was no mention of the community be gated and requiring a code that we were not provided with.

We are sorry that you felt that the check in process for your stay wasn't as smooth as you would have liked. The instructions sent to you immediately after your booked did ask you to return the registration form, but that wasn't received until the day of your arrival. Once received, we sent out the Arrival Pack which provided directions to the house, together with the gate code for the community and the door code - so, we're not sure why that got missed?
We hope that you enjoyed your visit overall and will come to Orlando again soon.
22 July 2021We had a great time staying at Mickeys Haven. The whole family loved the private pool and the space. Parking was a little tight, with lots of residents cars parked on the street. But the house is really close to restaurants, shops and Disney, so we had a great stay. Thanks to Lisa and her team for there fast response to a small issue we had also. We will be back!
