No agent wants their clients to stay in a cramped, noisy hotel room. Putting a whole family in to a single room is no longer acceptable to most of your customers. • Our smallest 2 bedroom condo is 1050 sq.ft and sleeps 6. It has 2 bedrooms and a sleeper sofa, 3 TVs, a family room, dining room, full-size galley kitchen, hallway, 2 bathrooms and 3 closets....oh yes, and a balcony that the guest can sit on and watch the sun set. Cost? From as little as $72 per night plus tax in low season - that's $12 per night for each guest.
