The Better Business Bureau rate companies on behalf of consumers. The BBB monitors them for their customer service, reliability and security. VillaDirect has also achieved an A-Plus rating with the Better Business Bureau, together with a 5-star composite score. This is one of the highest accreditation levels that can be given to a company.
Even though VillaDirect works hard to resolve issues with guests, our rating can vary during the year, based on the type of complaints. The BBB monitors and includes the guest experience, services provided and also our business practices into their grading scale. If there’s a complaint, the BBB operates an arbitration service. It acts on behalf of both parties to come to an amicable resolution of almost any issue. Wherever possible, VillaDirect prefers and tries to resolve guest issues directly with the guest, before a complaint is made to the BBB.
