VillaDirect vacation homes welcomes over 50,000 guests each year to stay in our rental homes in Orlando. We want all of you to
come back again and again to enjoy our vacation rentals and the fun and excitement of the Disney area.
We
value your patronage and want to reward you for coming back again and again to visit us so we provide the following loyalty discounts to guests who book to return.

Silver loyalty rate
VillaDirect
values every one of our guests who book to return and stay with us again. We want to reward you by providing a discount for your loyalty to the company, the homes and our service.
We provide a 5
% discount off the nightly rental rate to any guest that books with us again. This discount cannot be combined with some other special offer, and is always offered under the
Lay-Away-And-Stay flexible payment plan. Please check with your reservations agent.
To
qualify for the
Silver loyalty rate returning guest discount, you must book the repeat booking with the same name as the last as the party leader/person who makes the reservation, or provide us with information (like the reservation number or matching personal data) that confirms your previous stay.
Gold loyalty discount rate
As most of our returning guests are aware, each vacation home that VillaDirect offers is privately owned by individuals just like them. Our property owner clients also
want you to come back ... but they want you to come back to their house!
As an incentive to returning guests, our owners agree to offer them a higher discount
if a guest books the same house again for their next visit.
We provide a
10% discount off the nightly rental rate to any guest that books the
same property through VillaDirect again. This discount cannot be combined with any other special offer, but is offered in combination with the
Lay-Away-And-Stay flexible payment plan. Please check with your reservations agent if there are any better promotions on offer when you book.
Platinum loyalty rate
We want you to have the same fun and enjoyment again - to help you make more memories and to help our business. We offer this
12.5% discount rate to guests who book their next stay with VillaDirect within 4 weeks of their
Arrival date in one of our properties. So if you
know that you want to come back again - you can book with us during your stay or just after you leave and get an immediate benefit.
This discount cannot be combined with any other special offer, but is offered in combination with the
Lay-Away-And-Stay flexible payment plan.
We regret that ANY of the returning guest levels cannot be combined with any other discount, refund or promotional program. We regret that reservations placed for arrivals during our lowest, Base Rate seasonal dates in January each year are
not available under the RETURNING GUEST promotion, as the nightly rates for those dates are already discounted by 25% below our low seasonal nightly rates and during Base Rate seasons - Mid October to Mid November and late November to mid December a maximum 7.5% discount is offered. Regretably a maximum 5% discount is available during our peak and holiday dates.
