Our house in Windsor Hills was just as expected and very clean. Everything was in working order and we had a great time. We had plenty of space and would definitely stay with VillaDirect again!
VilaDirect responded quickly to all communications, and the house was exactly as described. We would book with VillaDirect again in the future.

1 March 2024We regularly stay at the Vista Cay Resort. The property is fantastic and you can’t beat the location. This specific condo is a great size and fit our needs. It does need some general upkeep though as the carpets are worn and stained and the en-suite bathroom toilet is physically loose. Also, the TV in the master bedroom is far too small for the size of the room.

22 January 2024The property was wonderful! Clean and inviting as soon as we walked in. Quiet and close to the convention center. I had a problem with a television not working and maintenence was there very quickly. I will stay here again if I go back for another conference. Thank you!

14 October 2023The room was plenty big. It had enough beds for our 4 kids and even the grandparents. Another bathroom would have been nice, but the two: full-suite 5piece was enough for everyone to make do. Even the water heater held enough for everyone to take a hot shower after being in the pool for hours on end. The room has been well used, as shown by the small bits of character marks on the furniture and bedding, along with the kitchen accessories like pots and pans and utensils…but all in all, it had just about everything we need to function except being furnished with food. We even used the pool toys in the closet, which the kids loved. In the end, its more like a 4.5+ Star, because of the little details that we had to ensure we didn’t break further.

12 February 2023We inadvertently left some items behind after checkout and they were super quick in responding to help me get them back in so I didn't miss my flight. Responding on a Sunday morning and doing so quickly and so nicely meant a lot. Definitely a place I'd return to, not just because the place was perfect, but the customer service was great... tough to find these days!

16 June 2022This condo is in a great location for access to Orange County Convention Center and only about 20-25 minutes from Disney properties. It is very spacious and parking was easy. We loved the large sectional couch! However, he condo itself could use some updating. The bedding has older style blankets and comforters that felt uncomfortable, the towels are small and rough, and the beds are firm. The room with the the twin beds needs sturdier frames and new box springs. Those beds are very squeaky.
Updating to a Keurig coffee pot would also be a nice addition! Overall, we'd say it was decent but likely would not select this one again unless it had some updating done to it.

The place was a ghost town - but the condo was a great place to base from. We'd stay here again if visiting Orlando.
