Location was perfect for Disney and the Convention center (Universal as well) The size of the place was perfect for our family of 5 and I found it to be a great value. The dishwasher was unfortunately broken and the place could use some small updates (televisions, carpet, etc.) Would consider staying again based on location and value.

Excellent location to stay for events at the Orange Co Convention Center. Everything went smoothly with the rental process. Condo is spacious, well cleaned, and quiet. It could use a few updates and guest amenities but we would not hesitate to stay there again. AND, be sure to read all the Management signs on the walls in the Condo or you are certain to lock yourself out on the 2nd story balcony!

For what we would have paid for in a hotel, the condo we had was HUGE!!! We did find out that the water dispenser in the refrigerator is leaking from the inside. Other than that, the location was quiet and perfect for our needs. The pool being closed was a bummer.

Very spacious and clean. Communication was great. Kitchen tools were a bit sparse- had to buy a cutting board as well as a few other things. We left them there for future use.

We regularly stay at the Vista Cay Resort. The property is fantastic and you can’t beat the location. This specific condo is a great size and fit our needs. It does need some general upkeep though as the carpets are worn and stained and the en-suite bathroom toilet is physically loose. Also, the TV in the master bedroom is far too small for the size of the room.

The property was wonderful! Clean and inviting as soon as we walked in. Quiet and close to the convention center. I had a problem with a television not working and maintenence was there very quickly. I will stay here again if I go back for another conference. Thank you!

The room was plenty big. It had enough beds for our 4 kids and even the grandparents. Another bathroom would have been nice, but the two: full-suite 5piece was enough for everyone to make do. Even the water heater held enough for everyone to take a hot shower after being in the pool for hours on end. The room has been well used, as shown by the small bits of character marks on the furniture and bedding, along with the kitchen accessories like pots and pans and utensils…but all in all, it had just about everything we need to function except being furnished with food. We even used the pool toys in the closet, which the kids loved. In the end, its more like a 4.5+ Star, because of the little details that we had to ensure we didn’t break further.

We inadvertently left some items behind after checkout and they were super quick in responding to help me get them back in so I didn't miss my flight. Responding on a Sunday morning and doing so quickly and so nicely meant a lot. Definitely a place I'd return to, not just because the place was perfect, but the customer service was great... tough to find these days!

Great condo for visits to the convention center. Ideally located, comfortable and with a great clubhouse to relax in after events. We had an easy, hassle-free stay.

This condo is in a great location for access to Orange County Convention Center and only about 20-25 minutes from Disney properties. It is very spacious and parking was easy. We loved the large sectional couch! However, he condo itself could use some updating. The bedding has older style blankets and comforters that felt uncomfortable, the towels are small and rough, and the beds are firm. The room with the the twin beds needs sturdier frames and new box springs. Those beds are very squeaky.

Updating to a Keurig coffee pot would also be a nice addition! Overall, we'd say it was decent but likely would not select this one again unless it had some updating done to it.

Second time we've stayed in a condo with several family member in the past two years. Best accommodations ever quite. Pool bar, game room beautiful rooms. Only place I stay for vacation. Loved it. Thank you.

Very close to everything ! Great place to stay! I had to go get pool passes - but the management company fixed that problem quickly for me. I will come back soon.

We stayed here for a convention at the Orange County Center just after the lock down.

The place was a ghost town - but the condo was a great place to base from. We'd stay here again if visiting Orlando.
