We take pride in our partnerships and we are pleased to have our travel agent program contain some of the finest individuals in the industry. While we work diligently to make sure that every agent has the tools and information necessary to succeed, we understand that questions sometimes arise.
When you register your agency with VillaDirect, we also provide you with a direct contact from within our experienced reservations team. This team member can help you with any questions that you might have. The reservations team is available 365 days each year (office hours apply). On most days, your named agent will be available to you to answer questions and provide support. When they’re not there, one of the team will be happy to help.
In addition, a new “white label” site is going to be launched soon. It will have your own dashboard available 24×7, which will also provide details of current and past bookings, commissions paid and due, and with a wealth of factual information and tips to help you rent our homes to your clients. The dashboard will also have a text help system to send questions through.
