A short guide to help you prepare for your trip
In preparation for your upcoming visit, there are a few things that you should “know before you go,” to ensure that you are prepared for your trip to Florida with VillaDirect.
Checking In:
Prior to arrival at your vacation home, you will need to register. If you complete the registration form and get it back to us at least 2 weeks prior to your arrival, then we will provide you with an Arrival guide which will include directions to the house and the code for entry after 4:00 PM.
Please note: Check-in times can be delayed. Occasionally, the home you’re staying at needs extra care and cleaning before we can check you in. Wherever possible, we will check-in guests as close to the 4:00 PM scheduled time, but this may be delayed.
If you cannot register within the registration “window” due to booking close to the arrival date or by failing to send back the registration form, then you will need to provide photo ID and a photo of the credit card with which you paid. For security reasons, and to avoid fraudulent credit card use, this must be be done by email prior to check-in. For more information call (407) 397-1210 to learn more about after-hours check-in.
Checking Out:
Checkout for each home is on or before 10:00 AM. It is not necessary to return to the office on the day of your departure. We just request that you use the toll free phone in your home to call our office to speak with a representative or leave a message with your reservation number or home name, if you are leaving during non-traditional hours.
During your Stay:
No matter how long your stay may be, there is always something new and exciting in Orlando. A VillaDirect guest service agent can provide advice on sights to see in the Orlando area, as well as help you find discounted tickets to top area attractions by calling (407) 397-1210 or stopping by the Welcome Center.
