Sincere thanks for your assistance with my reservations at Windsor Hills Gated Resort. I checked out today at 5am from the unit at "Sea Breezes" and must communicate to you that I had an absolutely wonderful stay. From the start of the reservation process I have been impressed and will definitely be booking my Orlando vacations again with your agency. I spent two weeks from November 11th to 27th at the unit and thoroughly enjoyed the facilities within the gated resort. The staff were very friendly, the unit was clean and well-kept and the highlight for me was having the private heated pool at my disposal. I must admit, I hated to leave because it was just like being at home because I certainly was able to make myself at home while there. I was able to take daily walks around the reserve and felt very safe and secure. The streets and residences within the resort were very clean and well-tended. The security staff at the gate were extremely pleasant and took time out to share a happy word and smile when I entered or left the resort. I could not have asked for a better facility and I am a well-seasoned world traveler, which includes over twenty years of travel to resorts and hotels in the Orlando area. Thanks again for your assistance and that of "Lydia" who provided me with the check-in materials and honored my request for an early check-in. I am overwhelmed with gratitude and will share this information and encourage referrals for all of my friends. Please also feel free to share this information with your managers and staff!
